I'm not too big of a fan of the whole design.
The hairline is too far up.
The thing in front of the mouth is too messy.
The eyes are too far up.
The end of the hair is too think and messy.
Some colours are really vibrated while others are the opposite.
The highlights are mirrored.
The shading of the necklace is missing.
The hair looks really straight and flat.
The foreground doesn't look like it's flowing and just kind of stiff.
And the background doesn't really have an "ending" and I don't think it could be an item in game.

Yes it is messy but it can be easily polished and the hair is outlined on a part, maybe also put the halo a bit higher?
Mirrored eye highlights are not recommended, would you be able to send a clearer image of your design because as of now it looks pixelated and I don't know if it's because it is or because the image is zoomed out

I'm assuming the background is not done therefore I can't give much fb on it except it would look better if the symbol was thicker and a bit more "messy" to give it a more spray painting look.
The shirt is not covering the shoulders, the red lines look randomly made and it needs shading(maybe a few folds here and there).
The bubble's colour clashes with the muted colours used so far in the design so I suggest to use a less saturated green or another colour.
The eyes are outlined, the sclera needs to be coloured and I think they're placed too high.
The hair's shading needs to be worked on, the one you made is lighter than the main colour and too "neat", shading with lines is not recommended. (#avatar-ideas message)

The writing in both the foreground and hat is very messy and the foreround needs shading

@zinc cove my feedback from last time still stands, but if you need me to be more detailed, the hair shading is a tad harsh as in it gets really angular on some parts, soem highlights look like random lines, the black shirt's shading is also a bit messy and 'square-ish' that contrasts with the chest that should have a smoother and 'rounder' shading

There are also 2 random dots underneath the grave

Sooo, first question, what exactly is ur theme? It seems a bit random to me.
The lines are a bit messy and maybe to thick at some parts, and they look kinda wobbly too.
The shirts are cute, but did you mirror them? They don't really seem the same (Which is actually no Problem if it's supposed to look different, but I feel like this is not the case) and the shading is kinda weird.
Same with the hair, the shading looks kinda random and weird placed.
The fg-items are cute, but also a bit wobbly and messy, the... gems (?) look a bit weird too.
The freckles probably won't be visible in game, they are too light and small.
The headbands could use some shading too, it's hard to tell what they are supposed to be.
The grave is cute, but while the other stuff atleast shared a color-palette, or at least they had similiar color, I really don't know what the heart hast to do with the two dudes.
The background kinda confuses me, since the things seem to just... randomly fly around.
The whole canvas seems really full too, maybe use a bigger one? ^^

@untold ingot maybe some shading for the shirt? :) Also the ends of the hair kinda look like forks, try a more natural "free" style, also the flowers in the hair could use shading, its very nice, i really love it, just a few things to shade

@mild hawk I like the back of 1, just get rid of the highlight, it's very nice but the strands on the side could be thicker and the bangs a bit lower/connecting to it
