Hair 'behind the back' - or rather around the avatar!
The issue with this is that if the hair follows the avatars curve it won't suit all shirts. The green shows an example of how to properly do it. The red shows what happens when it goes behind the back, it'll cut off parts of the shirt and make it look weird.

The shadows snd the highlights are okay and could work in the game. For me the shadows could be hard to see in the game because they are very small 
I like how you set the highlights on the places. Try to avoid detailed highlights with multiple lines because they won't be visible in the game anyways

About the hair, I missed a bit of shine and shade. Even if there's 3 colors used as a theme and color palette, it's necessary to improve it.
About the eyes and the eyebrows, I can see that you used thin lines. I think you can increase a bit the thickness of these lines. And would be good if these eyes have pupils and highlights.
About the mouth, same thing, the line looks thin, try to improve it a bit. I would recommend to don't use black to make these lines, since they can become invisible in some skin tones π
About the shirt, it needs shade and shine too, using dark and light yellow don't represent these.
The back item seems good, but I would like to see the whole item, and the grave (I guess it is a grave on the right side π€) looks great, but the shine on the right side of it seems too bright, try to change it a bit if possible.

@Danish.exe#1774 itβs your 5th design right Danish?? then we expect to see much more improvement on the character detail already. the eyes, mouth drawing, and hair shading still need more work. these details shouldnβt stay at the same level after couple of designs. I suggest add a few more details for eyes as well as mouth. and shading needs to be worked on as well, hair and shirt look a bit flat without shading

@Danish.exe#1774 first define where you want the light source in your drawing comes from. for example if it comes from the right, then the right shoulder of shirt wont usually have shadow. shadow will be seen on neck area, armpit area, and the other shoulder
with hair, if u use light source from the right for example, hair shading is a bit different, because hair texture isnβt the same with shirt texture. for basic level, I guess you can shade hair with shading blocks like when we shade shirt. but to improve, hair will be shaded in texture that creates hair line

I actually donβt know if itβs that good to use PicsArt, since PicsArt is not really a drawing-app. The lines from your design are pretty messy, I also donβt know If u can make layers with PicsArt or mirror ur work, so itβs symmetrical. Then, it needs some shading, also outlines arenβt allowed.
I think u can do a great design, but maybe you should try a new app and start again. c:

The mask looks rather messy, i know its supposed to be a drawing on paper but it still looks off
Also I'd say that you should shade all the white things a bit more. The full white makes the mask blend into the shirt
U could also make the mask or shirt a slightly toned white instead off pure white so you can tell them appart
