a great way to draw hair is to get a base shape and then use the fill tool for shading
basically only draw a line at the limit for the shading and then fill with the fill tool
it's also great for item shading where you don't want too many imperfections
like, draw the base layer of hair
and do the shading using the fill tool

love that sporty design and the shirt π i have quite the same in rl. So props for that and i also have a little comment, maybe you can add a bit more red shadow under the teeth
i have the feeling it's a bit too light there and it looks too 2 dimensional then

The red line is right, but the orange is going down. The green line reflects how it should be.

I wish a tutorial for wwo style hair existed. But it's honestly mostly trial and error. I redraw the hair like 20 times before I'm happy with it. Same with the shading. Just practice and patience.

About the mouth, hmm, there's only the upper lip which js represented by a very thin line. You could either find a way to make the lower lips and make the upper lip more lip-like (Yes, I'm very good at explaining) or remove that line imo.
