Promo image always has rounded half transparent border around everything. To the actual design, it's cute, front items are a bit hard to locate as they are blue on blue. Back is big and fancy, that's nice. Cloud in center could also be a brain 😄 fun! Keep it up 💪

^ Hat ears (?): that's very high amount of detail on a very small area. Discord scales it down anyhow which removes 99% of the detail, which is similar to what it would be in game. Generally less details is better, as zoomed out detail usually results in blurs

Shirt: The shirt has outlines, which is against the guidelines (you can find those in the pinned messages). It also likes very simple and lacks shading, the rough design idea is nice though!
Beard and mouth: Look absolutely great, well done
Hair: it's very flat and I suggest it not following the headshape as much as it currently does. The shading could use some improvement - you can try looking at ingame hair for reference. But for a short conclusion: don't use lines, instead use shapes. Rather shade where hair would part than the bottom (imo), currently it's very irregular and random.
Bandana: What item category would this be in? Because usually this kind of item would be in mask or glasses → goes in front of the hair. The item layer order is pinned for reference!
Eyes: Not too sure, honestly. It looks a bit outlined, while it isn't actually entirely outlined. Maybe removed the black on the left and right side of the eyeball?

I don't think anyone has done something like this before and also once it's improved I could imagine it being a nice clan quest @weak prawn

When it shows upper and lower teeth it ends looking more like a small self deprecating smile, a lot like a forced smile or grimace “ 😬 “.
