Everything can be improved tho and the following is just my opinion ;)

Hair:

I can't see much hair tbh but what I see is the front part of the hair. I think the white and green is really really light and the white seems pretty hard? Especially the thin lines in between the shapes are not visible in smaller! I think you could just remove the thinnest lines It is hard to judge and give feedback on the hair tho because it is covered by the hat.

Hat:

I still don't know what the theme is and the hat is pretty big?

Mask:

Still don't know the theme but it looks like a nice mask owo

Shirt:

I really like the shirt with its shape and colors! Maybe you add some shadings to the arms? Also the line is too thin again

Eyes:

They are for sure to small and too far away from each other. Also the color of the iris is blending in with the white it is really hard to see in small!
