The mask lines are a little messy, especially on the chin area, I'd consider not to use pure black then I think you also chose a very saturated and bright red and it kinda strains the eye (but this could just be me)

Hair can't go behind the back, some frills in the shirt are too little and won't be much noticeable in game.
I think the 'frame' of the earring should be a more saturated colour as you can barely see it's there.
The hair and the bow look somehow 'rubbery' or like, made with some silicone-like material or plastic because of how you shaded them, to change this, I suggest you look on #dev-vote how others shade the hair and fabric.

Go to pens, click the plus sign above the trash can, go to the cloud tab, and find the symmetry pen. That's what you want.

You will set a centre point and it will mirror from there

Alternatively you can download ibis paint which is what I use and it's a ruler instead of a pen and I find it much easier to navigate

Some lines are messy, maybe try to make the eyes symmetrical with a symmetry tool

The colours kind of clash together since you mostly used a pure cyan, blue and red.
(If the accomplice is allowed to keep, I'm giving the same advice and perhaps add pupils to him too)
