Lips are.. oddly compromised. Seems like they're way lower quality than the other items.
Hairline needs to be adjusted, and the shading should be made smoother, or just make more sense..
Eyes, the eyes seem just fine. They're a little high up and maybe a little bit big but that's it. Nice job.
Overall on every item, the lines need to be smoothed out and fit the "wwo" style a bit more.

- Tattoo: that's one of the highlights, right? It could be really cool, the glasses and hair are blocking it though? The face has a lot of details going on, all competing with one another: hair in face, crazy glasses, tattoo, female lip curls, male ... beard? Maybe it's not an issue, but without zooming in it's really hard to makes sense of the individual pieces
- Jacket: nice and 🔥 that's cool! Some of the shading seems a bit more complex than it needs be, for example female right (male left) arm and male shirt top part. A lot of small thin strokes that could probably be merged into one larger one?
- Female front: that's cute! The colours are competing with the rest though. The tail / back is above the red jacket and the black head very close to the black hair. The background maybe doesn't help which is also very dark, but maybe if the promo has an outline it will be more visible
- Male back dragon: cool! That's a dragon, right? Why hide it so much behind the avatar? It looks like the head is behind the shirt and only part of the wing are visible above the head. At least show the head?
- Lantern front item: compared to the rest this seems a bit off 🤔 colours are very "soft", maybe again because it almost has the same colour as the background.

The hair from the boy in comparison with everything else on the design is very sloppy. Instead of looking like one solid piece it looks like multiple shapes just put together to create the hair, combine that with the lines in the hair not being that straight and it makes it stand out in the wrong way

Imma take your design as an example. Since it has both handdrawn hair and normal hair.
On the boy their hair you can see individual shapes aka your shading in this case. It makes the hair look odd and like individual pieces of hair have been placed on his head to form his hear
In the meanwhile on the girl the hair doesnt have any individual shapes and it looks like normal hair like you and me have. Everything on her hair is perfect on its place and it looks realistic and beautifull. If you apply the use of shading on the girl her hair on the boy, it will look more beautifull and realistic

The hair is made out of two parts, a darker grey part and a lighter gray part which are connected with the grey part (if that makes any sense). Maybe you should make it one color, shade it like the girl her hair, then add the second color to it (if you want to atleast), edit the shading to fit the other hair better and i think that should fix it

- I don't know if you notice but some part on those metal has too much highlights and if you look closely in the red flower there's a highlight and i think instead of highlight there should be shadow instead.
