first of all:

I like the idea with the cupcake. It is really nice and not a totally neon color like most deigners use. Big for this in the begining ^^
Hair:
in my opinion the shading is really hard because it is so much darker than the actual hair. If you look at the part around the neck, I am not sure if it is really needed to add the lighter strains there. This is your decision, but I don't see any use for them, especially because the hair there is dark and the hair itself doesn't really have different base colors? On this point I am confused because why is it such a light color where the hair is darker since it is in the heads shadow?
The tips of the hair are all dark and it looks more like you tried to outline it ^^' maybe, as I mentioned above, a lighter shading in total? On some points it looks more like an outline than a shading.
eyes:
I really like the eyes, even if I would never use them here too, is the line above the lighter violet part needed? I am not sure if it is necessary. It also looks likthey could be just a few mm too low. Additional the small details on nose etc are just too small. They would be invisible in game. Make them either bigger and less or remove them completely. They have to be at least 3x the sice they are at the moment ^^'
headpice:
If I wouldn't know what the darker things are, I would guess as either stones or small roses ^^' Short, maybe make just dots and a small highlight on it, use a lighter color which is not as dark as your used reference and make some smaller maybe x in darker color. This could make it look more like an actual berry. Also, why don't you use the pinkish lines on the headpice too?

Shirt:

well what are these edges? And same is on the breast somehow, it goes in a direction which doesn't really make sense. It gives her a weird shape. Like if you look at the part under the collar thingy, you see a straight part and then suddenly it goes in a bow? Also I am not sure again with lines...... The bones could be higher placed and the breast shading is nearly invisible for me ~~not to talk about darker skin~~
Front:
same with the berrys and I don't see a cupcake in it, more a cake with too much cream on it

Just my opinion and if you don't like it, you can ignore it for sure
