Since I can't draw on devices. You can always suggest designs and I'll draw them in 5 days or less. And we can discuss to change things. What do you need? You need to be im the WWO Designer discord server. We can join tournaments togheter. I also expect you to know how to shade and what the design rules are. {OPTIONAL: If you can change the bg color now, or possibly make it transparent, since the white of the hair and the bg are blending}

Hair
I like it a lot ^^ Tho you could use more shading to make it look less outlined.

Eyes
The placement of the iris makes it look like the woman is wall-eyed👀 You can put the iris closer to the tip near the nose, but not too close. The highlights are also mirrored, which a lot of people can get bothered with ^^'

Shirt
The top part is outlined. You can use cell shading instead of outlining it, and maybe add some details to make it look less flat. Maybe add volume to her chest, and add some arms to her?

Colour wise it's kind of monochromatic, the use of the same colour for the whole skin makes it boring as it has been said before and the hue is a bit too bright and saturated.
And as @next talon just said the hair is simply following the head line except for a few hair chunks sticking out.
The panda looks like it's kinda floating/hovering though I don't know if that's what you were going for.

@still osprey aww that looks cute and quite minimalistic but it is better like that in my opinion but:
-the shirt from both avatars seems a bit wobbly if you understand what you mean. I dont know what tool you use but try finding for a tool that draws straight lines, it will make it looks more clean
-the canvas looks like it is floating on the wood thing (i dont know how to call it) maybe add some shading on the bottom of the canvas so it looks like the wood is casting a shadow on it
-the girl is looking to the bottom, i dont know if it is because of the hair or the eyed tho. Try letting them look more forward

This is an amazing design and something very light in comparison to other things we see currently. With the tips above you could make your design even more awesome so keep up the great work

The fish idea was never used like that, i love the interpretation that you used for this design. But i saw some times you can improve on being:
-the eyes look overdetailed compared to the rest, i know you still have to shade almost everything but i dont think you can go in to that amount of detail with shading. But idk what you have in mind for the shading for the rest of the outfit so if you already have a plan you can kinda ignore this
-the hair is as stef said too symmetrical as stef said. A little bit off-set can easily fix that. Making the bow go to the same side as the other one can help a lot already or moving the bun a bit lower or change the shading on the other part of the hair
-i dont know how the fish look exactly in real life but the red one has these black mustache thingys and the black one too. Did you try to make the red? Because it looks really distracting if i focus myself on the fishes.

I love the concept that you used for this design and i really see this becoming a great outfit. With my feedbcak above i think you can even make it better. Keep up the amazing work ♡
