• The glow in background looks blurred/gradient-ish to me. I'd suggest using solid shape instead, and reduce opacity to fake a "glow".

• Mouth and teeth are black outlined. Better if they are solid shapes with highlight and shadow. You can check for some recent nagini's submissions in #dev-vote , she has quite a few works with unique mouth and teeth

• Eyes are a little too low imo. Should be a bit more above ears :)
