There are also some things you can improve tho ^^

First of all the hair:

It looks pretty flat at the moment. Reasons couldb be, that the hairline is too high and the strains on top are too straight. The whole hair looks extremely straight and the highlights look like it is edgy. If you look at the right, you see one bigger strain which doesn't fit in and above this a strain which looks wrong placed. Please fix this part

Next the headpiece:

Why does it end where the hair ends? This is not really suitable if you would combine it with other avatars and hairstyles. Make it so it fits the nacked man avatar or so you can use it for other avatar hairstyles too ^^ Also the font is too white in my opinion. Font is mostly not allowed tho and not all speak this language ^^'
The black blends in with the hair too
the eyes:
I am not a fan of the shape, please make it less edgy maybe? They also look more female than male and I think the avatar is supposed to be male?
mouth:
totally fine but the shadow under the mouth is weird.
shirt:
a ninja shirt is already in game. It also looks kinda messy and flat. You could add more details and maybe shading to show where the arms are
Font is normally on the chest and not the arm ^^'
