If not, don't read it xD

first the hair. Now without the really big light highlights, it looks much better ^^ but you could work some more on the shading. Maybe you could make it less like weird places lines and more like it has structure.... Make it more like it is in hair direction. Yes the hairline is pretty high, but I also understand, that you don't want to hide an eye.
Maybe you could make the eyes a little bit smaller? Because they look Really near to each other and big..
we already have some mouths like this... Also maybe you could finde something, that fits better with spiders?
If we talk about spiders, the front spiders don't look like they are hanging there.... It looks like thy sit in the air.... Try to make it more like they are actually hanging there.... Also... In my opi the red is too shiny ^^ the back.... Idk how it is called in englisch.... Looks like you broke their legs xD

And I agree with Jin about opacity ^^ it could look much better and look into the left bottom corner

Ok so, this design still needs a lot of work, but it is a nice start.
-I love the concept of the eyes but it can be done way smoother, especially around the eyes.
-the hair is unique but still needs a lot of work and shading, the hair should have the same colour and shading should give it the reality like the hairs in the game rn. Also the placement is wrong. The eyes should be behind the hair
-the crown is flying and is really unpolished. I dont know if it is meant to fly but it looks weird
-the shirt is nice, but is really plain, try to add some more shading there. Where the red part of the shirt starts it isnt smooth at all. The theeth at the bottom have outlines too
-the ears look weird, you have this grey line going through it (which i think is not intentional) and they arent even consistent too. If you didnt say what they were i would be really confused

Overall, it needs a lot of improvement and the theme of it isnt really clear either. It needs a lot of polishing and maybe tweaks to the theme itself. But it is nice for a first time trying

Your drawing reminded me of this character from an internet video series called "Madness". It's a long running set of videos with a few games attached to the name. It's quite violent, but it is by far one of the most creative ideas published in the 21st century in short film animations. The man behind this (he goes by the username Krinkels) is currently developing a game to be sold on the Steam platform, and I believe that collaborations with Krinkels and other indie animators is an amazing way to bring more people into Werewolf Online, while promoting the work that definitely deserves it.

Well here i go again after having spent about 10 minutes on a feedback which got deleted bc discord is mean...

Overall this is a great outfit though you could fix some minor things

Let's start with the eyes, they do look prett great but if you zoom in, the inside of them looks pretty blurry/gradient-ish, like it was made with a soft/blur brush, not really sharp nor defined which isnt really allowed because of the style guide, i'll try to sketch out an example of how to fix it, also the eyelashes are pretty thin and wont be rly visible in game

Onto the hair, i really like the colour tho you could add some lighter highlights and some more shading in form from shapes rather than thin lines
Also rn the eyebrows blend pretty much with the hair so maybe try making them a darker/more saturated shade

As for the ears and mouth it is usually preferred to avoid using a specific skin colour to draw items as it'll look weird with other skin colours
Philipp said that ears are "okay-ish" so you might be able to keep them to we already got two pair of elf ears in game
But you'd have to change the colour of the lips
Like maybe add a lipstick colour? Or make it more orange-y or pink-ish?

As for the hat i think it's weird that he's so straight, maybe try to bend him a bit? That'd look better i think

But overall this is a very great design and i cant wait to see the final version
