So first of all: for a first design it's really cool and it's awesome to even start designing
Let's start with the basic things... You should read our guidelines ^^ Outlines like on the mouth, gradient like in the shirt and hair behind the back isn't allowed. On these points you have to work, even if it looks cool...

Next is the hair, if we ignore the not allowed thing. You could work on the strains. They are normally getting thinner to the tips and it looks kinda weird, that they are nearly all in the same length. Also... Normally hair has a point, where it's "split in two halves" if you know what I mean...you can check #dev-vote to see, what I mean.
The eyes eyelash part could be changed. You can make the black part in nose direction on the outside. The current place looks kinda wrong.
The eyebrows look really big and fat tbh... More like male eyebrows.
For the little brown dots in the face... They are too small and won't be visible in game. That means, that it's unnecessary detail, if you keep it like this. Make them bigger or remove them. If you make them bigger, please make less, because it could be too much. What is the <pflaster> in her face? Mask? Part of the eye?
The piercings on her ears and the little tattoo or whatever are also too small and won't be visible in game. Same for the nose pircings
The line of the headphones is too thin.....
All in all, please remember the guidlines and also the fact, that the avatar is much smaller in game

Okay my feedback then! First of all, it's super cute 0w0 but jin is right, outlines are not allowed so you have to remove them. I also agree to the freckles thing... Yes the eyes are too low placed. Try to move freckles and eyes a little bit up and the freckles a little bit over the nose shading.
Also the eyes are really big...can you make them a little bit smaller?
Now I notice the mirrored highlights. That's not against our guidlines, but it would look better without mirrored highlights 👀
The one sided shading isn't in use anymore, because it looks weird so maybe you can improve this part...
The shirt is too straight everywhere. I would prefer some... Idk..... Look at the Pic xD. Also the shading in the hair. Try to make it less like lines and more like shading ^^...

@quick harbor its personal preference but for drawing beginners medibang paint is better for getting clean lines because the stabiliser of medibang goes up to 20 so even if you got a shaky hand you can still achieve even shapes

Its also pretty easy in usage,,, atleast in the android layout

Ibispaint is either friendly if you are interested in having tools like rulers and want to mirror what you're drawing in real - time

Sketch is pretty bad tbh; it gives a not that great resolution if you aren't experienced and isnt rly handy to use

So i would suggest using medibang if you see/find yourself with difficulties of achieving straight lines by hand, medibang has got nearly every tool that ibis got too but imo the sorting in medibang is a bit more organised

**Tl;dr
I recommend using medibang paint if it's your first experience with drawing on mobile, i could also assist you if you need help in terms of usage

Ibis paint is also good but i had a big struggle getting clean lines as my hand is a tad shaky

Sketch is eh, wouldn't recommend it and most people also recommend to not use it the only plus side is it can export svg**

No, this isn't like the background items (like trees or stuff that goes behind your character) but it's literally the whole background behind your avatar, you would be able to buy them for the cost of 25 roses (general colors like only red, only blue and so on) or more interesting backgrounds that are much higher in rarity and much more elaborated than simple colors like the Halloween one where pumpkins become red during the night and turn off during the day, maybe even being able to purchase background event like the Halloween one so that you can keep it when the season ends, and also bringing in much more content for the players to get!

Exactly like mouths, I think this will be an awesome addition to the game, because you could have much more combos to do with your avatars!

Here's a little suggestion list of what other locations could be behind your character:

-Beach
-Mountains
-the classic location but snowy
and so on

Front item: I would suggest to either add some more shading to the paws or add some red glowing. So like a light red on the paws
Back item: it can use some more shadows because right now it doesn’t really make sense to me. Though I want to note that I think you can come up with a more original background. Because I have already seen two design with a background like this. And especially since it is a vampire panda I think you can make it more unique.
