I really like the hair you make 0w0 it's always different in shading and style.
The dots are not suitable because the rest of the shading is more like lines and thin on the tips. It's just a small thing and if you don't want to change it, you don't have to.
The headpiece is so beautiful 0w0 the leaves could have more details, but I think then it's too much detail xD
I like the eyes and details of it. Does the..... I don't know the word xD?dirt? In her face should be mask or part of the eyes? I think it could be eyes, since if you use other hairstyles which are over the ears, it will cover the dirt and if it's mask, it won't.
For the shirt. The part on her shoulder could be more like the dirt in her face. The rest is pretty nice and since you want to shade the background I will wait ^^

The hair: hair can't go behind the back. Yes this looks like behind the mack, but if you look at the background of the hair, you see, that it's filled around the shirt. It will look pretty weird with other shirts ^^ aaand the line in the middle of the hair.... Noooo xD

It's indeed possible to style your hair that way so it's not too unrealistic but the eye highlights are mirrored which is mostly disliked by community and just a quite basic thing through which the eyes would be better, also the eyes are too dar apart from each other

There are some thing, which are weird here. As example the eyes ^^ they look like, they are too far away of each other ^^ maybe you can place them nearer to the nose. The eyes have mirrored highlights. This is not forbidden, but would look better without ^^
For the lips, you could make them a little shiny and make the bottom one a little bit darker.
In the end I think min gave you pretty good feedback tho xD

The outfit restrictions are:
- Sale: any number of items is okay, at a minimum 6 items. If gender specific, male + female version is a must. Gravestone optional but welcomed.
- Battle pass: same as sale.
- Clan quest: max 6 items, ideally gender neutral. Outfit as a whole can be one gender if necessary (only male or only female). Gravestones are "okay".

While you don't have to stick to the numbers above, if your outfit falls into one of these categories it greatly increases the chances of your outfit being approved.
As a tip for getting your first design into the game: try clan quests ๐ while all outfits go into the voting gallery before going into the game, clan quests don't have to be liked by everybody and can often be cute / funny / funky outfits which look cool in their own way. Just make sure to stick to the 6 items rule.

- Many things are mirrored. Like the background and the foreground, wich looks weird to me, change the shading a bit maybe
- Also highlights on background looks weird because itโs a circle,

So first: if you like the old front item more, then use it. It's your design and you should make it so you like it. What's the use of a design you don't like yourself? ^^ both are really cool.the only thing is, that the new one fits if it's about the details.
Starting with the shirt. The improvements are awesome. So much detail! The only thing that disturbs me is still, that it looks empty. Just the top part. Or empty is not the right word... It's flat... The different colors look flat :/...
The eyes are really cute now... Maybe you could make the one highlight which blends with the white... Maybe you can make it thinner.... Could look better.
What I don't like on the new front version I'd that the style and colors don't fit with the main design ^^

It looks really cute, but it has some flaws. The eyes are kinda looking sideways, try to let them look a bit to the front. The hearts are really adorable and the same counts for the hair. I think it's a little bit sexist. The girl is drawing pictures while the "bad guy" is outside and acting with a spray can.
Ignoring this the wall just look weird, ungainly and way to red. The cap and grave symbol make so sense. Also the gold crashing the coulor scheme in my opinion.
The picture on the wall are to small. They just look odd and don't fit in this position and size.
The "wwo best game" is in the wrong colour. I think in this it's looking very dirty and it don't suit with the strange red wall

The way you changed the wall looks much better but maybe you can make it darker, since walls are not that red.... Maybe more brownish. And more shading... The stones of the wall are fine but the rest is just big and red... Next would be the pictures on the girls wall. Since it looks like it's outside, I don't think that's suitable. First off the hairline is a bit wobbly and in general for the hair maybe try either going something like this pic sent underneath, just a rough sketch ^^
For the eyes i really really love them alot but they are placed a tad too low for their bigness and a bit too big, try making them a bit tinier and a bit higher up! ^^
For the shirt, it's inspired from Adidas i guess?
I think even only their three stripe logo is copyright material we cant use, tho its a pretty cute idea ^^
