All in all: the colors you chose are pretty dark so it's hard to see them with a dark display. The shading on the background is even harder to see. The blue flames in the bg could have more flame colors and the light ?mint? Doesn't really fit ^^' also the nails could have some highlights (just useless idea)

Fix part two 
Decided to change the hat a bit but stick to its version now because i really like it the way it is rn and if people dont they can just dont wear it ^^
Made the eyes less droppy and further apart, added a shadow behind the cat and changed the mask to how Nerthus suggested

Just saying, it’s scientifically accurate, we all know about Saturn, Uranus and Neptune rings, but Jupiter has something similar aswell, they were just a bit harder to discover but yeah it has planetary rings too, basically made out by his satellites’ dusts and debris.

Ooooh thats really nice but there are some small mistakes in there. The shirt has these black outlines, which is against the wwo style, the shading on the right horn isnt right, since the darker part is on the left at all other items, same for the hair, the shading in certain places are odd. Maybe give the wings the same color, because now its just distracting, same for the shirt. Apart from these small things it looks amazing! I really love these eyes and the concept is also pretty neat

Maybe try shading more like actual clothing and add arm seperations ^^

And its a bit too dark the darker part too
Maybe try working with a wider canvas and not necessarily the day background in particular

I usually use a canvas with 1000 × 800 1000 is the height, and 800 the width
The eyes look very cool! Also that tattoo-y burned thing
But they are too little and far apart from each other
Also the part on the left eye looks very cool but isnt possible because of skin tone issues
Like how it would look on different skintones
You can try making it an 8% opacity black tho
That solves the issue and gives off the same effect
As for the horns i am not sure about the shape
Maybe make them a bit longer an pointy/curved up to the inside/outside?
The hair looks pretty good but the highlight just being at one strand looks kinda odd
And also try making the hairline look more like actual hair maybe ^^ by making sort of a zick zack pattern sticking out
For the wings they should maybe look the same way and i prefer the left wing
And also as i said on a wider canvas you can work better on those wings etc ^^
Overall its a cute concept and i love the colours you used!

The really dark shading on the hair is only on the head and not in the buns thats a bit odd + that the shading on the buns is less fine

As I said before the dark blue part of the hair on top of her hair looks weird because it got no shading. I would suggest to either make these lines thinner or add shading to them.
The collar of the cape looks slight off because it’s higher on one side.

The crack on the eye is a bit too light/fine it should be a bit darker maybe as a crack often shows a bit of the inner of the egg which equals darkness eeeh if you know what i mean hehe
Also the strings of the shirt are a bit too thin too imo
Also the hair doesnt exactly fit with the design in general atm so i'd suggest either mixing a bit of brown into the dragon/shirt or making it another colour in general the outfit is pretty green amd could use more accents of another colour
Also the dragon could use more shading especially in the wings and the the horns are a bit too dark because you cant really see the shading on it

😊 thanks . For Spirit seer it's just the blue color that made me think of it so I did an orb .
But with more solid shapes and less blurry lines... I need to restart all the hair 😥.

I really love this squares in it ^^ it looks cool and is a nice idea. The thin lines are probably too small so you won't be able to see them in game ^^ just an idea, make the hat more like... Glass? Then it could look like... Uhm... It could look cool xD the outlines should be removed... It looks weird and is not allowed. As lime said, you should read the style guide 
the big blue part is pretty empty. Maybe it could be a little bit smaller and you can add some detail on the black thing. Not lines but other things
The eyes would be next. I'm proud xD you didn't mirror the highlights 
the highlights are pretty small, or it's just because the color is extremely light. I really love the white details around the pupil but they are probably too small to see (I can just see them if I zoom in {still nearly impossible to see}) the eyes look pretty edgy too. Maybe you can just make the edges rounder.
For the eyelashes... I think you could make them... More like real ones? They are pretty straight. What I mean is, that they all end on the same line.
The.... What is <sommersprossen> called in English? It's probably too much and small. Try to reduce them and make them bigger. You can check Jins current design in #dev-vote for help (link: https://discordapp.com/channels/414179354814185498/441607711403278336/618909456553476106) and if you zoom in, you see that some are on the dark nose part of the nose 
The lips: they should be fine if they cover the whole default lips but it's not centered and both sides are not the same since. (pay attention to the light source here)
Next would be hair then... The style doesn't really fit, that's true. But I think it's a good base to work on 
if you remove the structure and add clear lines and shading it could work 0w0 you have to look at the direction of the hair so it looks right. (I mean the direction of the base and blue strain. And if you have such a structure, you can see that the right of the hair is not suitable.)
Next is shirt. It's AWESOME! I really love the details and colors and design. The arms are not too big anf just nice. Here is the same problem with the small lines. Pretty thin. AND religious stuff isn't allowed :/
I would remove the back item tbh. It doesn't fit with color and design. But that's your decision. Remove the outlines here too.
If the spirit should be a front item, then it has to be above the hat layer. It is nice 0w0
All in all: as kem said. Your style is awesome, but just not suitable for the game. For your first design it's just wow! The idea is really cool and I would like to collab with you (don't mind this sentence)
Just pay attention to the style guid and if you want to see the "wwo style" then look into #dev-vote
