@frigid knot heyu ^^ I think the others already said anything. Basically you used too much small details. If avatars are in game, you won't see such small details. You should remove the outlines of the hair and also pay attention to the realism (I know wwo is not really realistic but you know what I mean) the hair is just too straight everywhere and has no structure. The eyes are too big and high placed.
And a question for the hat thing: did you draw these flowers yourself?

I would mirror the one highlight in the back item (bowl) idk what the right word is...
Maybe you can even make the ears a little bit more on the sites so it's not completely on the top of the head 🤔 but these things are not necessary too because these are just small details 👀

@burnt apex hey ^^ this is a really nice idea 👍 but in my opinion there are some things you could improve ^^
The hair: it has a really cute and suitable colour but the shading doesn't really fit. And I would make the tips of the strains thinner because it it would look better ^^ the shading normally has to be in the direction the hair falls. Maybe even the hairline is too high but that depends on the person.
The hat: in my opinion it's too edgy and pretty small too. The rose is too big for the hat and doesn't really match... It's also pretty edgy ^^ an idea for the net thing: maybe you could use a different opacity? It would look interesting ^^
The eyes: in the eyes you used such... Perfect lines... It looks pretty edgy and this makes it a little bit weird. Try to change the upper eyelash more like a bow... It's always pretty weird to use straight likes ^^ you could also add some highlights and change the shading.
The teeth are very small and it yould be hard to see in game. You can also add shading there.
The shirt needs much more detail because it's just... Brown. Maybe you ans also change the arm part a bit (make the arms bigger etc)

@gilded trench Your hairstyle choice/colors on this one are great, the background is also really nice. I think personally the hairline is a little too high and that the wings should have something else on theme, something similar to the gold diamond shapes near the hair would be a nice addition to the wings, maybe putting them around the wings.

Maybe try an a bit darker colour and add a bit more volume to the sides of the hair ^^
