In my opinion it's really cute but please pay attention to the layer order ^^ the glasses have to be above the hair layer ( here is the link to the message with the order: https://discordapp.com/channels/414179354814185498/426721136701603840/504953531527331841)
Hair: As Jin said, the hair could use some more shading especially the girls one because it looks like one big light black area. Are the ears part of it? If yes, I would probably make the black just a little bit lighter and change the way to combine it because it doesn't really looks like the hair... If you know what I mean. Maybe you can use less thin strains and make them bigger since you won't see these details in game.
For the eyes: you placed them pretty low. On the boys version it's hard to see because of the glasse# but on the girl you can see it. Make them just a little tiny bit higher without changing the eyebrows.
Mask: since we are able to use different skin colours you can't use this mouth. It has to go above the whole default mouth without covering it with the skin colour ^^ it's cute but impossible to use. I'm sorry.
Front item: I like this cat it's really cute but looks really big to me ^^' can you make it a bit smaller? And maybe you can also change the position of the cats eyes because it looks kinda weird 👀 you could also turn it so it looks at the Charakter maybe.... And since it sits I would prefer if it wouldn't be that high placed too... It looks kinda weird tbh
Background: shading! And since you made the eyes that low you have to add some details! And make the white line bigger. You won't see such a thin line in game
All in all: it's an awesome and really cute design ^^ I love the male version!

I think the shirt can use some extra shading, same for the hair. I think that if you use a bigger brush for the lines in the hair it will look better. The shading in the hair of the girl should also be a little less straight and curve more with the head.

This part of the hat looks a bit weird. It doesnt really fit on this hair and it probably won’t fit other hairstyles.
As ctabb said there is gradient in the hair which isn’t allowed. The hair can also use some more shape.
The show seems to float a little which looks a bit weird.
And it’s not really possible to draw a gap between the shirt and the arms because this will look weird when you change from day to night in the game @twin leaf

@olive crest this is a really cool style i like it alot. I feel as thought the hoodie opening on the neck is a little too big, the shirt overall is rather wide and would look weird in-game imo. I dont think the font on the hat is allowed and the hat has a weird position with the hair, try shading something around the hat to make it look better. overall this is really cool and i like it alot

@olive crest glasses go over the hair (can’t really see which layer is on top). Crosses aren’t allowed, because of religion. And it looks like there are outlines in the eyes

Cap: the cap looks okay, but letters are not allowed. Especially this since it doesn't look self-made. It looks like you copied it. That's not allowed but even if you didn't, it's not allowed.... I'm sorry.

Hair: the hair idea is okay but there already is hair like this. Not the same colour but the style with flags on it ^^ in my opinion it is too big ^^' you have to shade it more since it's fluffy. If you look on the right site (face meets hair) and then on the left, you see a difference right? Good ^^ try to fix it.
Glasses: they are good, but you should make the black line so it meets because it's not really realistic ^^ also I would suggest to add some glas xD like this it just looks like it is empty.
Eyes: the eyes have outlines and could use much more detail. And how could the iris be above the "eyelashes" ? The shape is also pretty.... Edgy ^^
Shirt: he has too big arms and I would suggest to not use black. If you really want to use it, try to use a lighter black since you can shade it better ^^
Front: the basketbal is too big and you need to make it smaller. Also... It doesn't really looks like it's self made ^^

For the eyes: you should try to not use the default eyebrows since it looks weird with own creations ^^ try to draw some that fits with your design. The eyes are pretty good but maybe you can change the shape so it looks less like the default eyes. The reason we as designers do not use the default shape and so on is, that it basically just don't look good and weird with other hairstyles ^^
Background: we already have a moon in game and it needs much more detail and shading ^^ especially because you made it as a background item which you basically see the best in game ^^
For the shirt the same: add shading and details.

All in all: pls remove all outlines you used. Check out the pinned messages in this channel. You can change outlines to shading ^^ that looks much better and realistic.

Hair: the boys hair is really cool and I don't have that much to improve about it. It could just use more shading on the darker part and if you look at the lighter part, then you see on the left site right above the ear, this part is getting "bigger". If you k ow what I mean. On the right site of the hair it's also a little bit weird since the hair should be shorter but this isn't really necessary. The hair of the girl is also really nice but in my opinion the shading is too light. It's really hard to see and if it is smaller in game you would just see a big brown area. Also in my opinion the hairline is pretty high placed and this makes it hard to use this style with other eyes. Also. If you have this type of hairstyle the hair should be behind the eyes (realistic aspects but it's wwo xD)

Eyes: the eyes of the boy are interesting ^^ I really like this xD it looks like the eyes are saying "do you want something?" but the eyebrows looks like they are too long :/ especially the right one. An eyebrow doesn't get bigger ;) the girls eyes looks fine to be but could it be that the left eye is just a little little tiny bit higher that the right one? As Jin said... The highlights are mirrored. Change this because it's not in use anymore ^^ because the hairline is that high (girl) it looks weird with these eyes tho.
Mask: the mask is something new and has a simple but nice design ^^ nothing to complain about it 👍
Shirt: the boys shirt is.... Not really suitable. It doesn't fit with the mask and and other things. Probably because of the color... The girls shirt is fine, but you could use more shading there ^^
Front item: I don't really understand why you took a camera as front item.... It doesn't fit...... Also because of the colors it's hard to see the details. The firls front item is totally fine but I would remove the green circle ^^' it reminds me too much on Starbucks...
Back item: the skateboard idea is okay. It's simple but needs shading and highlights..
All in all: pls pay more attention that the colors fit to each other and also the style. Some colors are too bright and looks like you placed them random. I like if there are much colors but if they are not combined well it just looks weird
