Ok I fetched to random goblet cliparts that could help, since it was my dumbo idea to begin with. This is ehat i had in mind first, for the goblet orientation so you can see inside it.. In this case the sparkles would be floaty water bits

Make the shirt look less handdrawn
For example the dots, maybe make them bigger and in a cleaner order with the same distance to each other, also i dont like the thread or... ah idk how to say, the thing you plop the button into
It looks like you circled something in
Maybe just make a light blue line into the black material to make it look like a hole the button fits into
It is also recommended not to use pure black but more a verrryyy dark gray so you can still add shadows and shading in black
Also all needs some highlighting and shading

For the hair i would prefer making it more symmetric, and do less of a line shading, you may look into #dev-vote how other designers handled shading hair :3 also it could use some highlighting too!
I dont understand the white orbs tbh, what are those suppossed to be?
Imo the elf ears look cool but they are too long and pointy imo, also i would maybe recommend making them in the most used skin colour the mid tone beige-ish one bc in a certain skin colour it'll look weird with other skins, and i see this tone not used that often

The eyes are shaped like she is looking downwards but the highlights are like she is looking straight forward
Also the hairline is too high and the eyes a tad too low might aswell just look like that bc of the bizarre tilt

Also if you're not planing on adding more pink into the outfit the octopus/squid like thingy doesnt rly fit with the colour scheme or the idea in general imo

not to mention the default eyes are huge and chunky thats why i never orientate due them kek

So either change the hairline to a tad higher, make the eyebrows bigger and the eyeshape not making a that oval bow on the bottom, or simply minimize the eyes by 3 or 4 pixels kek

Yes looks better imo, could add some shading to the snabel of the owl? ^^ it looks a lil flat compared to the rest, maybe place the eyes also a bit higher and put them nearer to each other they are too far apart
