@meager bobcat it's nice. Feedback:

Hair looks pixelated, plus rearrange colors (yellow at the end annoys me)
Zipper reaching chin area doesn't feel right, especially taking the games item distribution into consideration, (so if u have only outfit part, it will be lacking). Instead, make it end at neck level.
Trying playing a bit with different color grades, so it looks attractive, especially on a small avatar. (Plus add dark fold lines, they are popular in vector art and liked by flat art designers, ask me for example if u don't get me)
Finally, if u need a shooting star temp to help u, do that! Don't fully trace... make slight changes.

You're good, but:

If u r serious about them being ingame designs, don't u think their size must fit in the windows ingame? Try taking a screenshot of the 16 lobby tiles ingame, and most of your works won't fit in there.
Hair is too bland and close to skin tone, you can define it by casting shadow or by giving it two inner light and outer darker parts.
I agree with Steamy on it being too symmetrical as well.
