for a first try that is pretty amazing, I could only make the ears/spikes sharper and cleaner in shape. Also the dots/seeds are way too minuscule, you cant really see them, its probably better to do fewer and bigger dots for the desired effect from a fair distance also more in a pure black than a grey as it also decreases visibility, but great start

Did you use gradient in the sclera? If yes, gradient brushes are not allowed. But you can replace it with 'fake gradient' like how it is made on the pupils.

helluuuuu, nice idea! I got some advice for you:

• The hairline is way too high. Look at other hairs in-game and in #avatar-ideas and make the hair covering a way bigger part of the head. The tails need more volume (instead of just 3 hairlocks) and need to be lower.
• The eyebrows need to be lower. I like the idea of the crosseyed eyes, but they miss lashes and the iris and eye need more shading.
• Mouth can also use some shading, also it looks a bit messy right now, I would recommend using a ruler to get the teeth on the same horizontal line.
• Nice shirt idea! In a later stadium I would recommend adding some highlights and details to the shirt and maybe add boobs, but shirt is already looking pretty cute!

I can see the talent behind this design and it's certainly charming and creative However, there are several issues that hold it back, especially it doesn't fit the wov-style.

First the good things:

• the color palette is harmonious overall

• the concept has personalality

• I like the idea behind it

Now to the issues I see 🙈
The lines are somewhat jagged or uneven, especially in the hair and accessories. The shading and shapes feel rough in some places, which disrupts the visual flow.
Also I saw you used gradient brush/airbrush: not allowed (mask cat, ngl I'm not a fan from it, it looks out of place)
I also see some proportional and spatial issues. Eyes/Glasses. Hairs look like floating spaghetti at the lower part.
In the background the poster looks like it was inserted from an AI. You can use it as reference but never paste it blindly in.
I think that was now a lot of info.. don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that all to make your art bad - instead see it as well intended feedback

Mh, this is really pretty! ✨
The eyes and lips are a 10/10 they really pop and give the character so much charm
The hair is also great overall, though I noticed a few small line overlaps or breaks on the left side at the top - right side as well top and sides. Adding a few lighter highlights might bring out more depth and volume too? 🙈

The shirt could benefit from a bit more shading or texture, right now it feels a little flat (it's looking great with the flowers tho!) compared to the beautifully detailed face. Not mandatory, but even subtle touches can elevate the whole piece 😍

The front accessory (the fan) is really elegant, but could use a bit of shading as well to match the depth of the rest, just enough to give it more presence and dimension

All in all, lovely design with lots of potential to shine even more 🥺 💙

2. it's not really simmetrical, you got a sleeve bigger than the other, try searching for a tool in your drawing app to help you out
