So i drew a bit on ur drawing (sry abt that w/o asking), curly hair shading can be a bit annoying, so i recommend using big fields that u colour and refine certain strains more than others (maybe add highlights) and refrain from using simple squiggly lines, also add a darker underpart of the hair since it would still be layering! This is just a rough scetch on how i would personally do it but u dont have to do it and can keep ur own! Also add some lose strands around the face to refine it a bit, since normally hair will always have shorter strans that fly around in ur face xD

Checked it out ^^, if you are trying designing a outfit (which isn’t a small project) you will need more pens and tools, colour options, I would advice u to use a advanced program since you can’t use (like i alr mentioned the tools) or lower opacity on a whole layer (which is usually very important for mouth/shading), using alpha lock etc :>

I am using Ibis paint, but it’s pretty complicated, if you only used canvas chrome yet, maybe try sketchbook, it has more features but not that much that confuses you :>

I think the best bet is to have them just low enough so that they touch the bottom of the shirt but not so low they are completely below it. In what youve drawn now, thered actually be a collar bone right at the top of them so you might want to lower them imagining there is some space between said imaginary collar bone and top of them. You shouldnt have to lower them much but at least a centimeter id say

give it your own twist

you can try making a white eye version and a coloured one and see which one looks best

quite possible, it's been too long😭 and probably eyes are generally bigger now compared to 2 years ago, I'll look at some recent in game items for reference and adjust them

the headband (i hope) blends into the background a bit so it looks like they are one big hat
