The shadings looks good :D, the rearmost layer looks a bit strange- i think thats becaus the ends are very round :), maybe make them a bit sharper like the hair of the middle layers? Idk 😅.

I think the main “issues” that make it seem off, is that firstly that there is no apparent line that parts back hair and front hair, makes it seem off, also maybe the colour is too dark and contrasting to the skin.. another thing is in my opinion the eye shape in general. In reality this shape is pretty nice, but it isnt quite something you see in the wov style, so I’d rely more on the typical anime style

I personally really like the eye style, you don’t have to follow any sort of set wov style. Better to have lots of different styles

Some things you could/should change for the eyes:

- add pupils
makes the eyes look more like eyes/"more alive". Therefore you should also change the highlights in the eyes a bit. (2nd & 3rd image)

- reduce/remove the black lines in the eyes
I personally do this too sometimes, just make them a bit shorter. (4th image)

- bigger/more lashes
makes the eyes look bigger and looks better. (5th image)

And some personal preferences/little extras:

- add this shadow over the eyes
This also makes the eyes look bigger/more like eyes. (6th image)

- add some blush
Just that little spark for some "cuteness".✨ (7th image)

I hope this could help you on improving the eyes
Oh and ignore the hair, I just erased the part to show the eyes

Horns: I would like to point out that maybe the horns can be better like add more details and maybe bigger horns.
Eyes: well-done! I have no feedback on this
Mouth: both mouths has a very similar item in the game so I suggest you change into something else, and try to create a different mouths for both genders
Shirt: I assume both shirts for male and female is the same? If it is, you could add more details to it or if you wanna go simple, I suggest don't use pure black colour on the shirt, it doesn't give much much thing or maybe not good in the perspective of my eyes (imo). I suggest the darkest gray so you can shade a little on the shirt
Background: It looks good! With the stars, cloud, could add more if you're going with the devil theme like, try to add some stickers or anything emoji like on the walls, to make it more detailed so that it can give a huge couple vibes if you're aiming into that!
Hair: Shading is quite alright, I have no problem as it follows the guidelines, could be better but up to you since I'm alright with it. 👍

Overall:
With the improvement of details and suggestions that I suggested, your skin will surely be amazing 👏

You could make the eyelashes a little wider and that one line under the eyes a bit shorter and spiky. The earrings are great as it is
