Green - finish the down eye part or make more siren eye style / rotate 5 degree maybe
Yellow - ink change maybe (and make it like a bouquet will be more cooler imo )

Purple - clothe go to straight for a body add little srouhding shape so not look like made with lines ?

Actually the 2nd Option was supposed to lool like it is a part of the Shirt. Only the first Option should represent a Tattoo or smt.
I manly tried it for the reason that the white is only barely visible on the lightest skin. But I think I need to work a bit on the execution of this idea xD

I recommend you use a stabilized brush, ProCreate has some preset, in ibispaint you have to manually make it stabilized i think

That way you don‘t get the little squiggles and instead get a very clean stroke

Sadly it has happened several times now that the Copyright-Rule was misunderstood and we saw the need to add a pinned message regarding this.
When you follow this Link (https://discordapp.com/channels/414179354814185498/426721136701603840/662126277569806336) you will be lead to an easy explanation to the term copyright, what it exactly entails and how this affects you as a Designer and the game as such. Before making a design please remember to read all the needed information carefully including this text.

When you design an outfit, you are allowed to use References (Ref), obviously, but PLEASE do not use a ref and copy or trace it! A reference is "the use of a source of information in order to ascertain something" (in this case it would be anything like 'Pinterest' pics, drawings of others or anything that was not created by you. Still we appreciate if you add your own art if using it as ref aswell). When you submit your design include ALL refs you used. It will be checked and if we notice that you keep back references it will have consequences.

In addition to the copyright we wanted to mention the importance of fonts aswell. Those also fall under this copyright, if you look at famous websites like '1001 fonts' etc. you can see they have "TOS" and also a file part which explains, how you are allowed to use them. Some are free to use BUT some are not free when using them commercial. "Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction." which is very important! As you all know, outfits get sold in game for money therefore every design created will be for commercial use even if it is a battle pass or quest skin. You will have to verify that you are allowed to use this font/graphic commercial else your Design will be rejected on the spot due to included fonts/graphics.

Another thing to point out is that just because you find people online saying they made the design and they sell it on 'Etsy' or similar sites does NOT mean they are allowed to use it. There are a lot of people that do not care about copyright and related topics (stealing other peoples designs and saying it is their own). It does NOT matter if it is stolen from a big company like Disney/Marvel or smaller companies. Do your own research on the things you use. In case you need help, ask Staff members or other people that are willing to help, you just have to take it.

blue circle - the chest looks a bit too revealing for wov, usually the cutout is closed further up and more tight

purple circle - there‘s a small line that’s lighter than the shadow placed below, maybe either place the shadow higher or place the shadow lower and extant it over the bangs?
yellow circle - those seem a bit blurry
cyan circle - looks like some colors a overlapping here with the background/star? a bit blurry too
