For me the lips are a little bit too big and it doesn't seem like you used the mirror tool for it. And something that is also a problem for me is the little section where you see the boobies, because it seems like they're crossing, like one boobie is above the other. I also have a question about the eyebrows. Was it intentional that the bigger part are turned to sides of the head? Although I like your design so far, especially the outfit.

Maybe try another software, for what I've seen you're really limited by the one you're using right now, maybe try using ibis paint (or the one that I use and love sketchbook) where you can have more control over your drawing. Also, don't forget that practice makes everyone better, don't give up

I usually start with a m-like line that gives the general shape, then I add a v above it to make the shape of the top lip, and a sort of c to delimitate the bottom lip. then I start to fill with colours with different opacity, later I can show you a quick tutorial, if you want
