Use different gradiant of the colour of your choice then add (on a different layer) white dots of different shape, if still you have a problem with check how it's done directly in your inventory
Make the iris one color then add shades, lighter colors, and after light effects/shinies. Use your own style, stilized eyes are cool.

Also small feedback, the edge of hairstyle is blurry I don't know what you tried to do but blur isn't allowed

ANNNNNE THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL! 🥺💜 I love how detailed and shiny the tail is, you did an amazing job mimicking the look of fish scales on it without actually doing them. The sporadic dots and cross-hatching you've done just make it look so realistic! 💜 I also really love the color scheme you chose for the tail, the cool toned blue and purple fading into the teal is gorgeous and looks so magical! Even if you don't think you're great at choosing the pallete, I think you are. You always manage to blend colors in such an interesting way that everything just pops! 💜

I think that with the light to dark fading on the tail and the crisp, white color of the shirt, it would make the most sense to go with a darker hair color that adds more contrast and for me, the two that add the most contrast but don't detract from the beauty of the design are the purple and pink versions. Even though the purple is the same color as the fins and coral, it breaks up all of the blue tones and contrasts just enough to stand out on its own. The pink adds direct contrast and lets the tail and foreground stand apart from the main body, which also helps breaks up the like colors but it could look awkward if you remove the coral since it wouldn't have anything to stand out against. Try both colors without the coral and see if you like the soft contrast of the purple or the stark contrast of the pink more.

But all in all, I don't think you could go wrong with either color! It really just depends on which version and how much contrast you like. I personally think the purple is the most aesthetic version since it does blend in with the tail and background but also brings it together! 💜

Oooh, that hair is gorgeous! I love how thick and detailed the braids are, they add a lot of beautiful weight to this design! You could go in so many directions if you just base it off of the hair like something very cozy autumn-themed, something more classic like a date scene with a male version, high glam/model inspired, or take inspiration from the new BP theme which is Assassins! ❤ After you pick a theme and you're able to visualize exactly what you want, then it'll come together. Until then, just keep playing around until you find something you're excited about.

I would say to add something like a weapon? Since they have a sword on the chest, I think it would be nice to reference that in some way

I would say look for similar designs! There are plenty of the designs on the game and on the #dev-vote if you look for images, and even in this channel and other places (not the best to say which though because I'm new to the server)
But a recommendation would be to add shadows on these lines specifically, and work on your way from there!

I know there’s a full face kitsune mask but idk if there’s a half-face one. Is this better or should I try to change the original one a bit to further differentiate it from that one mask someone sent?

I’m not the greatest at art but some tips are to use the pen stabilizer (hand with the pointer finger in the top right if your screen) and I like to use the Dip Pen (hard) brush

I don't really know how to show this with a drawing, but the eyelashes are the same type of line (only smaller and smaller)
What you should look for instead (for eyelashes) are lines that start out thick and get thinner and thinner

As some of the other people have stated, I feel like the eyes look a bit too high, especially when they're closed, since closing your eyes is mainly bringing your upper eyelid downward to meet the skin under your eye, it just makes more sense anatomically and aesthetically to have them lower in the face, also maybe it'd look better if you added more volume to the lashes and eye line
All just suggestions though, it's your work and ultimately your choice what to implement

The proportions for the face look a lot better
Looking closer at the shirt, the blue part seems to have a slight fade / gradient into the white of the lower part, I'm not sure whether it's intentional or not, but gradients aren't allowed for WOV outfits, so maybe it'd be good to go over the blue around that area so it's more of a block colour, if that makes sense?

I think some symmetry could still be worked on!
I did the best straight lines I could, look how one point doesn't match the other on both top eye and mouth
If they were tweaked to make both sides equal, there would be a major improvement!
I would also say to work on the eyebrow more confidently, because right now the eyebrow line looks a bit shaky!
And, not speaking technically, you could add some hair! I think the avatar would benefit from hair, just to make it stand out more than it already does!!
Tho overall I'm really liking it! Especially the outfit, it's simple but very very creative too :D

Though, if you really want asymmetry, I would say to at least keep it more subtle!! Usually asymmetry tends to draw attention, and since I assume you want the focus to be on the eye on their forehead, making the mouth this tilted may cause some unwanted attention!!
