In the last time, in my quick games (italian lobbies) I'm encountering some really annoying people who incite to fascism, racism, to do fake reports, to spam messages during the game, to be violent against people who only want to play the game.
Yes, we can report them, but it's already pretty hard to encourage people to vote a werewolf, figure out how we should encourage people to report too.
My idea is to enlarge the Guardian's team and to assign a physical guardian for every quick game lobby (1 for italian, 1 for english etcetera.) so they can inspect and ban instantly without the need of reports.
In addition, it could be cool to add ip-ban for people who create 2,3,4,5... accounts to continue to annoy players.

Maybe you can make it possible to report werewolves who call solokiller role (such as canni,sk,arso,bandit) when there is no real cause for this... Imean as ww u need the solokiller AND it is an role outing from the ww, because he is no real seer and it is obvious where the info came from (it's a sort of gamethrowing from this ww) .

@vivid pond already suggested many times before, and rejected.. It would make cupid too strong, and also encourage gamethrowing more if cupid sees his couple is 2 wws for example, or other roles that are easily killed.

They usually dont chat 1on1 directly with players and they didnt apply for that kinda work either, they are not mentors. However, the mentor chat is a great place for banned people to go and ask for help, and they often guide people to discord and ban appeals here.

Besides, the guardians check and will deem the reports invalid. As far as i know, its mentioned somewhere that false reporting can be bannable as well. But perhaps this should be indicated more clearly on the report menu as well, would that solve your request maybe?

Hey, it would be better if players' xp do not get reset when they leave and rejoin the clan. Sometimes players might need to temporarily leave the clan to i.e. test something but after months of accumulating xp, they just don't want to lose that visible record

Heya Im sorry but that is really not an option, that would require so much more staff (there is usually mch more than one lobby going on at the same time as well!)and is a lot less efficient than checking reports. reports get staff on the games that really have something going on, instead of wasting time watching games are alright.
Also guardians can already give out very long bans.
For really extreme stuff such as racism, sexual harassment and threats you can use the ?report command and get the case handled with more urgency, if you feel people didnt report enough in the match.

@silk seal This is the right channel for suggestions yep! I havent really seen people being vocally refusing to report, except for some things like emoji code perhaps. This seems like a pretty rare thing or something very hard to confirm.
If you do see someone saying stuff like that, you could report them under 'other' and describe it as supporting/defending rulebreaking. The changes are high if they defend someone breaking rules, they have done it before as well.

Add an (orange) inactive status. If you are online and you selected this status, you will be put down at the bottom of the friend list of your friends, but you can still be invited.
Why adding this? If you are looking at some things, like reading role info, or making skins, and you dont want to be shown up as red, this status would be ideal for these situations in my opinion

Hey @proven bay ! this is not really needed, it doesn't cost the game, and players are aware they shouldn't do this if they had at least read the rules (revealing themselves as evil roles). I wouldn't accept it, as to use a snippet you have to go the snippets option, click the snippet you want to and then manually send it into the chat. If you do this, it wasn't by mistake imo, too complicated to do it unintentionally. Thank you for suggesting!

I think that my feedback would be : there should be a way to report teaming (instead of gamethrowing), when we can explain who teamed with who, and put clan name optionally if needed. This way we could fire one report instead of 3.
So it'd be applicable to fool/hh with a friend teaming as for clan teaming as above
And also teaming reports should get more visibility than the other ones

@upbeat flint The current suicide system already automatically bans people who do that 5 times or more in a period of 6 hours. And i people report them for suiciding they can also get guardian bans for 2 days from it.
Some people with high rates still exist but the punishments have been getting harder over time now and such guardian bans are handed out to them more often now. I do like the idea of blocking them from getting a specific role, I will post that suggestion.

i think it's shouldn't be ranked in sandbox, instead it has a special requirement to play sandbox, for example played 500 games
@zealous raven 500 is much too high, but yeah, increaing the requirement has been suggested before anyway ^^
@weary bough level matching is commonly suggested and the devs dont really like it. There is usually not enough players to make that work succesfully anyway, and newer players should be able to learn from older players by playing togerher

I think it’s a bit unfair the point calculation system for rank game as if one wins then only 10 to 20 points will be added and it takes 10 wins to get 100 points whereas if one loses the points could be minus around 50-60 and it takes only 2 rounds of defeat to lost 100+ points.
I’ve been trying really hard to get over silver rank, however, the winning points cannot offset the losing points.
I really hope there’s a solution to this cause I dropped down to silver from gold and been struggling really hard

@somber granite Heya this system is based on the team win rates per league. In silver league the village has a pretty high win rate, so you get less points for that. It is meant to encourage people to play better as werewolves (and that really doenst happen much in silver) because with a ww/solo win you can easily jump up in SP and recover from losses. Ranked is a game mode thats meant to represent a player's skill, which should not just be village wins.
If you get stuck now, the season is almost over and next season we will have the full effect of better placement games, so you should be able to get into the league that suits you.

@frail elm Common suggestion but the devs have answered multiple times that lvl matching and similar isnt on the table right now.. it splits up up the player base and would make lobbies fill up too slowly.
And new players are more enabled to learn the game if they can play with more experienced players.
Currently the only mode thats more gated, is ranked.

Hi, can there be a better way to clean up the friends list? For example, to filter out those friends who are offline for many days. Currently, there is a filter for ‘last online’ but I have to scroll all the way down to find those inactive accounts but when I do that, my friends list stops loading. This is because the friends list is getting abit buggy (e.g seeing multiples of the same account and stops loading once I invite a particular friend to the game) and I suspect it could be due to the long list of friends.

I suggest to give every player the win after the server restarted, so they won't be blocked in the match anymore.
Additional info:
The "Server Restart Instant Win" should give an X number of xp only.
Consecutive matches bonus, Daily Bonus, Win strike bonus and role win exp shouldn't be claimed since you haven't played the match, but they won't reset, so you can still redeem them next win.

It should be possible to remove members from a current clan quest. Reasons for this would be:
• Members who don't contribute to any xp and force others on quest to do that xp;
• Members who left/have banned from clan, but stayed in the quest;
• Members who have not disabled participation, and entered the quest anyway;
In large clans, it may be unnecessary, because members know the obligations and do that correctly. But in small clans/evolving clans, this would be necessary for better control.

When the server reboots the matches can't finish and the progression day/night doesn't work anymore.
I suggest to give every player the win after the server restarted, so they won't be blocked in the match anymore.
Additional info:
The "Server Restart Instant Win" should give an X number of xp only.Consecutive matches bonus, Daily Bonus, Win strike bonus and role win exp shouldn't be claimed since you haven't played the match, but they won't reset, so you can still redeem them next win.
@cobalt quartz When a server restarts, you are given rewards for the troubles, but also giving players a "win" without any bonuses does not seem like a bad idea. 50xp for a server restart win seems fair. I will add this to #feedback-devs . thank you!

It should be possible to remove members from a current clan quest. Reasons for this would be:
• Members who don't contribute to any xp and force others on quest to do that xp;
• Members who left/have banned from clan, but stayed in the quest;
• Members who have not disabled participation, and entered the quest anyway;
In large clans, it may be unnecessary, because members know the obligations and do that correctly. But in small clans/evolving clans, this would be necessary for better control.

Unpopular opinion but:
By censoring words like lesbian/gay you do NOT avoid homophobia at all. Those aren’t insults. By censoring these words you actually make them look as if they’re an insult. You push onto the idea that gay/lesbian have a bad meaning by censoring them. It’s discriminating.
I think we all agree that heavy insults (like the n-word, f-word) should be banned because they ALWAYS have a bad meaning - no matter in which context.
Same goes for the word arian. There is absolutely no valid reason to censor this word. First of all, there are a bunch of names that include arian. Second, if you actually want to justify the censoring because of some Nazi/Ethnicity stuff, then go ahead and censor aryan instead.

The roles in it are doctor, witch, marksman, jailer, grumpy grandma, seer, spirit seer, sheriff, medium, cupid, werewolf, nightmare werewolf, alpha werewolf, wolf seer, headhunter/fool, and cannibal. I think it would let some good roles that are mostly simple to understand be seen by new players while also providing a good balance for all the teams.

Guys, I wanna suggest option of banning or at least reporting leavers in ranked lobby's. They are messing games and making them low amount of players by leaving in counting time. I see this only in platinum rank. That is not normal, platinum players should be best and they're just breaking games for other people. Look at my last game for example:

To the feedback from #feedback-devs message
You should not add too many new roles at once. As the solo killer joined Quick Play everyone were confused and they needed some time to understand this role - same for Cupid and the couple.
You should start with replacing one werewolf, so they have an easier start. Also step-by-step would be better. You don't have every single week the same role set ups which would make it hard to only have 1 set up with all new roles.
Maybe one kind of team should be replaced by another role in the set up.
Set up 1: Replaces a werewolf
Set up 2: Replaces a villager
Set up 3: Replaces a solo or random solo voting
At all you also have to look in the rulebreaking aspects while it sometimes not possible to add these roles. In my opinion were these roles nothing for Quick Play because user could easily troll or breaking rules: Pacifist, Grumpy Grandma, Sect Leader, Zombie

Getting rewards (coins, gems or skin) for reporting bugs (with proof) could be fun..just saying
@topaz loom I don't think that's really needed. It would also be confusing to who would get the reward since mostly multiple people report bugs. It would create fights on who would get rewards and who don't. In the end we all report the bugs to make the game better 😉

If it's good enough it might end up in #dev-vote or eventually in game. You can read the pinned messages in that channel to get an idea on how to start with making your own role

I have the feeIing that talismans don't work very well? I have 10 seer talismans, they're up at 30% but they're never triggered anyway. Like I was something else 10 times in a row. EDIT : 15 times in a row still not seer 🙄
I mean I have 2% of chance to be another role than seer and 53% of chance to be seer.

Maybe add a game mode where the maximum level cap is like 20 and new people can play there if they have problems in normal games. Or for example they need to reach level 5 to unlock the other game modes.

You know. How when reporting someone. If you type out of box by accident. You have to redo the report process?
The issue is with time. Some people may have disconnected the app due to issues. If they click out of box that would affect their chance of getting in before suiciding.

Why don't you make it so sandbox can be played in spanish too? You don't have those cool roles in spanish, and the only way you can play them is either on sandbox on personalized games. And a lot of hispanic and other nationalities want to play sandbox too and not all of them know english.
And if your response is like "you can report other languages there sadly" as Seho1 said, if you are going to disregard a serious percentage of your community because of their language, why allowing them in, in the first place?
You end up having conversations like the ones you see on the news, "this is america, go back to mexico" in sandbox, because of that. Because when you are playing on a party, one player doesn't realize that the host chose Sandbox, and they accidentally speak spanish or other language there.
And you ban the one, that gets mad at the other player for being racist because he spoke spanish, rather than the one being blatantly racist.
And that doesn't deserve a two sentence response by a single mod. You have a problem there, and ignoring it is not the answer.

@grand hound Hi there, thank you for the feedback. Using talismans improves your chances of getting a role however are used up regardless if you are killed the first night or the fifth night. Being killed on the first night does seem like a waste of a talisman, however there is no law saying that if you buy talismans, they will be refunded/not used if you are killed on the first night. I am up to ideas however, so please give me your opinion on what we could do about this. Thank you!
