One of them has also implied that they have like 32GB Ram pc or something that can run 7 werewolf apps on Nox at the same time, which honestly is really unfair because they gain so much exp in the leaderboards

Last BattlePass got really too many submissions (over 70!!) and it's a pity that we can only choose 5 outifts.
So many people are searching an idea to add more outifts to the Battle Pass without adding more tiers.
Me and Jin came out with the idea that 1 tiers can give you the entire outfit set; so the BP will have more single items and lootboxes or gems.
Obviously, those tiers must be harder to be unlocked, maybe by ×5 the normal needed exp or something like this.
With this solution I hope we can add more outifts without having a very very long Battle Pass.

And the price of the bp would have to go up a lot, you pay only a few euro/1200 gold, that usually only gets you 2 special offers
Avatars that dont make it into the BP can always be used as special offers or clan quests so they dont get lost
Perhaps we could think about a little rework for clan quests so they can more easily accept 'rejected' bp outfits?

Not showing the outfits until the first day starts.
I just started to use a more good looking outfit and i can't even play the game anymore.
In 10 games i wasn't killed in the first night only in 5, 2 of them someone checked me, in another one avenger random tagged me.
I know this was suggested before, and i know that a lot of people agree with this. Whats the point on buying outfits in the store if we ruin our game experience?

The Problem:
I stopped playing this game a while ago and it's not because the game is bad or because I don't like it but it's because of a main flaw in the game.
What I see here, and the main reason I don't play it, is because of one single role and its major flaw, that role is the Fool.
At first sight Fool looks like a good thing, I will admit that Fool is important in the game and shouldn't be removed, however, the issue with Fool is the insane threat he opposes to the village.
Now, I have played Werewolf Online for over two years and I have played many other social deduction games, none of them have this mechanic of fool instantly winning.
The flaw with instantly winning is and this "Fool role" is; it requires roles with killing potential or detective abilities (Seer), the flaw with this is that if you don't have these roles in the game, it's impossible to differentiate Fool from an evil role such as Serial Killer.
Additionally fixing this would allow many evil roles to pretend to be Fool without fear of the real Fool being lynched.
HH has similar problems but is not as big as a deal because you have more information due to the fact they have to accuse someone.
The Solution:
I believe it would be better for Fool to be able to allow a second winner, this would prevent these situations where, if gunner made a mistake and wasted both of his bullets beforehand, and the uncertainty that lies beyond this.
Now removing a penalty completely would make it to easy for the village so instead I recommend something along the lines of not allowing voting/day ability usage for anyone who voted Fool during the next day.

I do understand where you are coming from in this scenario.. however I think cupid should be in the roster & balancing cupid siding with their couple but they are technically village. @plush badge Right. this is a big feedback from all of you, but as Fool/Headhunter is extremely similar to town of salem's variants of Executioner/Jester. Infact, except for Executioner's defence and turning into jester once their target dies, they win with whoever the winner actually is. The way wwo tried to differ this (CONT.)

I really approve of this change to the roles, the problem is that they'll be too similar to the town of salem's variant of these roles if we do apply these changes. Would you suggest a way to differ both of these roles to the town of salem's variant?

I think after the death of the couple, it should still be shown who the couple was (with lovers role icons or broken hearts). Sometimes (if there are a lot of deaths during the same night) the lovers suicide message is not after the other lovers death message. This would help in some cases to see, if there's been gamethrowing or not.
The same problem is with members of the sect. If a member or sect dies alone, there's nothing to tell they were in the sect. This could be shown only after the game has ended so the existence of sect is not revealed too early.

Regret (From lynching a fool, the day following): all votes are hidden and people who voted fool can't vote. Vote minimum is removed. Non-Villager roles are not affected.
PS: It is never possible for wolves to vote fool in the end so he will vote with them as the game instantly ends once wolves have majority and lynching fool before hand would be gamethrowing.

I think shuffling quests needs a patch. When you shuffle,it should only give you quests your clan hasn't done. When you get repeats it just feels like you're getting scammed.
I just wasted 11,000 gold shuffling and 50% (3 of 6) of the quests it gave me had already been completed by my clan.

Please, you need to place a level restriction in the sandbox or teach New players to read the rules. Because they are ruining the game, all the time doing random voting, all the time shooting random, all the time accusing a random Villager ...
There was even a seer who accused a Villager of ww without even checking it before.
It's always the new players, they focus on skin and break almost all the rules and people still feel sorry because they are new.
This is frustrating
You try to play in peace, but you can't play with skin, because new players always focus on skin. Even if it is a level 30 or 50 restriction, but it sucks to play with them by breaking the rules all the time.
The classic game is perfect for new players to gain experience in the game. This is just an idea.

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but it would be cool if clan leaders could open/close a clan member's participation in clan quests. Sometimes it's hard to contact all of the members for donating for quests, or for voting for a quest to choose. It feels like an extreme action to kick a member when they are not donating but they are active in clan.

@pastel lava This has been discussed before and I am not saying it will get denied (that is up to discord staff) but one thing to consider is that it can be used to "bully" people too. Lets say a leader disables the participation for a member without reason? The best way to contact everyone in your clan is the clan chat, so post notifications there if needed. if they do not donate, you can ask them to disable participation. if they do not obey, you can kick them

@hot valley sorry for the ping, and I get your worry, but there are a lot of other ways a leader/co leaders can do to bully members. For example, what if the clan leader kicks a member after they donated? It's one of the ways that can be used to bully, but doesn't have a solution yet. The thing i have suggested can shorten the time to make decisions as a clan.
Though i guess another suggestion i can make is to make this system automated, like making an option to set a needed donation per day/week/month, and disable the clan quest for the people that doesnt meet the requirements automatically.

@pastel lava No worries for the ping. The vision for the option was always to let the player decide afaik. code wise and "bully wise" there is a big difference between kicking and disabeling the option: lets say the leader disables, starts the quest and then enables again. Then the player would be confused because the game tells them "you are not participating in this quest" and they will in most cases report it here as bug as they do not see a reason why this happened. In my opinion, this is more a clan management issue than something the game should change

I am not a fan of putting that decision into the hands of the leader/coleaders. What might be an option though is to automatically disable participation if they have not been on the app in a month (although I still prefer the leader just kicking due to inactivity if there are issues with disabeling participation)

@forest rover here are the reasons why hh should change to normal villager:
It's better for the village because (aura) seers see him as a good person and not as unknown and they can verify that their target is dead and it makes clear that hh is part of the village and not solo anymore
You could add an icon like the icon at the user when he gets revealed by med at the right. E.g a crossed target icon which can only be seen by seers to show them target is dead

Well personally I think it would be a buff that’s not necessary for village even if it would make winning as head hunter more difficult.
The problem would be that by giving this buff to the village it even differences more the power difference between fool and headhunter to evil roles, because marksman wouldn’t be able to kill him, alpha and solos would have it more difficult to claim head hunter, it wouldn’t show different teams as det which makes head hunter confirm easier, it would be able to revive, and it also gives some problems to head hunter, such as not being able to fake target if coupled.
At the end, this isn’t a buff for head hunter because you wouldn’t be head hunter anymore. This would be a buff for village, that would be used to make villagers win even easier as them are right now because in that case villagers would be able to know when hh target dies without hh permission.
Villager is already strong and this would make them even stronger and differentiate a lot between fool and headhunter games which would make problems like ranked players just playing in hh games or decrease even more solo and wolves win chances @tulip pivot.
Headhunter is a role which function is to balance the game, not helping villagers. This idea would destroy the base of headhunter, and that’s why I think it wouldn’t fit with headhunter role.

But what about the opposite? Are we allowed to help (or redirect) if a question/comment was posted in #bugs-readonly or #discord-reporting-old-2025 which should have been posted somewhere else (like #questions or #wov-chat)? There "reason is that staff knows how to answer there" technically doesnt apply to this rule.

Werewolf pacifist will use skill to protect a werewolf, but the description is not explaining that and can make many players use skill on anything.

Currently it's too hard for werewolfs to win, if you get asked for your role and you lie, the villagers either trust the real holder of the role and vote you out or trust you and votes the real holder of the role out. Either way you will be voted out because they see that the dead persons role and knows that he/she was in fact telling the truth and you will be voted out.
My suggestion is to remove the abillity for everyone to see the roles of the dead and reserve it for medium or a entirely new role to balance the game and make it easier for the werewolfs.

Interesting idea to hide the roles of dead people. but is exactly what corruptor does already, so it would make the corruptor role kinda useless... you can also choose it as an option if you create a custom game. Are you saying that werewolves win significantly more, in corruptor games?
I think this change would be too big to add to the whole game, and would depend too much on medium. Who might die very quickly since their revive is a very desirable ability, or what if there isnt even a med in game at all?

In most cases you only get one chance to get these roles lynched, because after day 1 they can indeed prove or even kill you. Some roles are harder to get killed than others I dont really think thats particularly unfair.. it's part of what hh does.

Well, the problem to me is fundamentally in it's design. It promotes exponential growth of team rather than one at a time. If it were to be needed, it would likely need change that first. My first idea would be to have an extra day before the infected can infect others. So, 1 day for them to turn, then as zombie, 1 day for them to be able to infect others. This could likely be done through a function that increments plus one on the day counter and terminates at 1.
This would still possibly run into the issue of exponential growth, but it's delay could give at least some time for them to be found

If fourtune teller could only give one card a day, or maybe if some kind of penalty was in place that delayed them telling who they gave cards to (like muting them the day they give a card out), that could sufficiently nerf them
It still allows them to give cards, and it isn't an instant forced reveal as soon as someone gets a card

- there are a lot -and I mean a LOT- of games happening 24/7, each game has around 100 - 250 messages that need to get reviewed. That would require a staff team that is at least 50 times our current guardian team.
- A lot of games are fine, there is no issue with them so there is no need to review them, I'm talking about games between friends, games where everyone is behaving, no swearing etc. Reviewing them in real time would mean a lot of wasted time
- We are volunteers. We try our absolute best at keeping the game clean but we need the help of the other players for that. Yes, this means we can only act "once it has happened" but it also means that we can work efficiently and effectively. The report system in game makes it easy to report someone quickly and in very serious cases, you can contact a guardian directly.
- We cannot "predict" how a player will behave in games. If we could, we could filter out the rule breakers and swearers but unfortunately, we can't 😥

I feel you. Really, I have been there. But we cannot just "add people to the team" as you can see in #community-announcements in the latest guardian application, there are legal consequences as you have the power to ban people and have access to info that falls under the privacy laws. I cannot go into detail here but I think you can see why the process of adding someone to the team is more than saying. "Hi, welcome! Let's do this!". What we do with the report is trying to filter out the games where everything went fine and focus on the games where something went wrong. This way, we use the whole playerbase who are already in all of those games to constantly watch the games and notify us of the problems they see.

The random strong wolf can indeed be suggested again later, but same as I answered above; suggest it specifically as a custom game role, or make a full role setup with rsw in it you cant just add this into other game modes

Add more default snippets and improve custom snippets.
1️⃣ I would like to do snippets in some roles. Like saying "{1} or {2} are red" as spirit seer instead of "{1} or {2} killed last night!"
Same with detective. I would like to send 1≠2 for convenience, and for seer, saying your target is good instead of exact role.
2️⃣ Snippets for faking aura/seer as bad guys! Take wolf seer/jww for example. They have to send snippet fast before real does. "I'm Aura seer. {Number of player that Wolf seer checked} is good/unknown/evil." This way, the bad roles gain trust.
3️⃣ As for now, for custom snippets, (r) and (n) are only available. But it's impossible to create one with your target/checked/watched. I suggest adding (1) and (2) for that.

Feedback: can there be a report option for people who refuse to speak the language they signed up under? I am getting too many people in my games who will not speak English in the English version. I consider this cheating when a group of friends log into an English game and then speak another language to each other and exclude everyone else. In Sandbox you can accept to join, Quick Play is a different thing, Ranked you click on purpose to potentially join or read. The you also have enough space to missclick.
In Custom Games all game lobbies are listed without any space, next to that you mostly have to scroll, so sometimes your phone missunderstand this as clicking when you scroll and you join immediatly in the lobby before the custom round starts.
Most of them start directly, so you don't have time to leave and need to suicide - your suicides still counts there (specially when you don't want to play this kind of set up, you have to play)

Feedback: so when someone commits suicide it gets noted in the game and when you suicide a certain amount of times you get banned or whatever.
But what about all the people who are "off" in the game. I think some people don't like their role or they want to leave but don't want to commit suicide so they leave and are "off" for the whole game and that's annoying for other players.

But I think it's good to have level cap on match making. Like having 1 - 20, 21 - 40, 41 - 60, etc. (Maybe even 50 or 40 range is good) on the same lobby/game. Cause it's annoying always having to play with players that are relatively new to the game, because some low levels throw the game for little to no reason at all.
Or maybe make sandbox exclusive to lvl 20 & above?

Has anyone suggested another category? Like for earrings? Instead of placing them with masks/glasses, having a category just for those, so then you can find them easier, and also wear both earrings and glasses at the same time?
It would also be nice to have a face misc category, for the blush/face/item designs that arent masks, but are put in the category anyways since they go on the face. It would give artists more slots to work with, and others more of a chance to customize their avatars with things they have from other outfits. I'm sure someone else has brought this up, but I think it would be nice.
Another feature I think that would be nice, is a search/sort function- either by name or color- again, I'm sure someone else has brought this idea up as well.

HH is in the first place a solo, encouraged to lie about their target. There should be no way of proving if he is true or not, since then he is more likely to play for the village from the start.

IDK if anyone else sees it, but the loudmouth's icon seems kind of racist. All the other roles have fairly neutral brown hair or they are bald, however, this one has bangs and round glasses which is a style is seen more in eastern asian cultures than in the west. I ask why a person was chosen to portray this role rather than a symbol?

Witch doesn't look like a mean lady witha warty nose. Flower child isn't dressed as a hippie. So why make this role a person when it can easily be recognized by just the open mouth or a megaphone, especially when this role can be percieved as a snitch of sorts. idk tho, just my honest feedback on the role.

@spring chasm none of those roles are necessarily bad roles though, zombie usually allows many players to win, pres is usually a leader type of person, grandma is a motherly figure, and a doctor is a protector, where the loudmouth could be seen as a snitch or cowardly, and the definition of loudmouth is literally "a person who tends to talk too much in an offensive or tactless way."

Good day, I would love to suggest to add an "earrings" category cause right now the earrings goes to the glasses category and sometimes people want to wear glasses and earrings at the same time. And I believe there's also earrings found in the foreground category so it's a little bit messy that you can find earrings in both Glasses Category and Foreground Category. And if possible maybe a facial hair category as well? I know it may sound weird but sometimes I prefer when my male avatars have beards or goatees or something like that. Thank you 💖

@fiery summit I don't think it should be removed. It's a message that reminds the player to talk English and what the purpose is of sandbox. Same goes for ranked. That gamemode also has a confirmation button to remind the player to the rules.

Your auto ban system needs tweeking. Kitten wolf converted 2 and 8, during a 3v4 I was trying to convince villagers to vote for the bomber after dead seer told med 8 was ww. My literal words were "Kitten converted either 2 or 7, 8 can't be ww". 2 and 7 were already dead and I received a 3 day ban for trying to tell villagers 8 wasn't ww.

- Clanleaders should be able to turn off other member's quest participation.
- Quest participation should automatically get turned off after 2 days of not opening the game.

@twin vessel changing battle pass time has been suggested several times and it was decided that 60 days for 100 tiers (which means 74000 xp in 60 days so you would need to do around 1200 daily xp) was decided as the most suitable one. Making it shorter would lead to people complaining they don’t have time, and making it longer would lead to people complaining they have to wait a lot. Thank you for suggesting tho!
@fickle sage the automatic system doesn’t ban you for the first time, it does when you do it consecutively in a short period. I don’t think you would have been banned 3 days just for that game. If problems with auto ban, just contact a guardian and they will tell you why with evidence. I don’t think posting this is necessary, thank you for suggesting tho!
@vale gyro first solution is a pretty common one which isn’t valid because that could lead to clan leaders using it in the wrong way. If you want to, I can add your suggestion just with the second one, which isn’t common and would be fairer. Ping/dm me if you don’t mind removing option 1 to add your suggestion.

@tidal carbon in the case med revives a sect member with sect leader dead, they will become villager again. That’s why med is allowed.

I even double checked the spelling in case it was saying "is" instead of "isn't" but still slapped with a 3 day ban. I don't make a habit of gamethrowing, I've been playing since the beta and know what that sour experience has on the other players. How am I able to defend fellow wolves if the game auto bans me for doing so? I'm telling you exactly what happened yet once again it seems as if you guys are willing to dismissing it so that end I won't provide feedback/reports in future. Just trying to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'll wait out for the Guardian to get back in touch with myself, cheers for the reply anyway.

I know this has probably been suggested a lot of times before but please do something about sect leader and zombie, a lot of times when i'm up against either of the two it just doesn't feel right, people choose to go for sect or zombie win because it "gives more xp" but then it's just waiting a lot of nights for the game to end, and when i am already dead and town is doing really good i just feel that my win got taken away from me unfairly when someone says "lets go sect win", it doesnt matter that it might not happen often as every time it does happen it's soul-crushing. I know that both roles are mainly only in sandbox and roles are supposed to be broken in there but i feel like sect leader and zombie are less broken but more annoying

I think loudmouth should be able to reveal someone's role even though their role is revealed, just like seer can check someone who's revealed but with a warning first. In that game 7 was the accomplice and i wanted to reveal 7 if i die but couldn't bc paci revealed them first day and it only let me reveal 16 (as you probably can see on the screenshot ^^).

While for village, it's clearly that village should eliminate them not joining them. I'm sure you can report them. What they say is true though. That player always end up targeting and always end up trying to gamethrow and by making false report for everyone in the lobby to report a clan or group of friends who constantly play together.
This just goes back to those other topics of how banning is so ineffective just because of people are constantly making new accounts.

@runic dragon i think the problem lies there in your android phobe being too old to handle some games which sadly include wwo. But i am not 100% sure. That might also explain why APK's dont work, because your phone cant handle it. Im sorry for the inconviences but i dont think this can be fixed unless you buy a new phone 😓

@shut pecan that seems like gamethrowing to me, it can easily be abused for gamethrowers which might result in one losing the game. Yes it can proof them as good but it isnt a good plan and backed up by the rules 100% most of the time. So thats why i dont think it would be good to add it. But if you have any other good reasons to make that happen please let me know
@knotty kelp this is not the right channel to rant about players. This is to leave suggestions and feedback. Our guardians are doing their best to handle people who break the rules and try to catch as many alts as possible. The only thing you can do is to keep reporting them ingame. If you want extra info on when you can report here please check #ingame-reports-archieved. Banning people forever happens rarily and only happens with repeated bad behavior and after several bans. So please keep reporting them ingame. And as dion and vegetarier said, please stay respectful towards everyone in this server

bandit needs a little nerf because right now he is too strong.
So limit his conversions to 2 so he cant always get a new accomplice when one of them dies. After he used all conversions, he will just kill. When he tries to convert non-village he will still kill them and not use a conversion

Grammatical error in Loudmouth description:
It says “who’s” but it should say “whose” because whose is the possessive form, and who’s is a contraction that says who is which is. Not make sense. English is weird um
When you reveal as wolf pacifist someone it says "the pacifist has revealed ..." and not the ww paci, so in a pacifist game, the village could think the pacifist would gamethrow and random reveal to protect the werewolf. If they find them, they would report him - so the guardians have more work.
My suggestion is: Like guardian ww and flower child should say the message from revealing a player not "The pacifist has revealed ..." it should says "Someone has revealed ...", so the village would not think the pacifist did and the real pacifist would not get a report.

Bandit is wayyyy to powerful. I thought at first it would be like kitten werewolf which woulf be awesome but its not. A seer can check someone three times and prove they are good but the next day that person has turned. I have played over 10 games with bandit and every single time they win. Ive never once played a game where bandit has lost. They should only be able to turn two people and loose the one of those time if they try to convert someone who isnt a villager
