Id: there are 2 possible cases
- There is no game id at the moment and if that's the case, adding it would make the system goes wrong for old players
- There is already id but since the devs decide not to make it visible there should be a reason behind it.
And well tbh, I don't think it's really necessary, adding by username is already a good system.
You can already by rose with gold and buy gold with gems.

I think there should be wallpapers. Each wallpaper would cost 25 roses. wallpapers are cosmetic items that can be bought from inventory. ( like when we share our outfit, there is a tab we can change the wallpaper from there, if we can buy these wallpapers it would be a cool cosmetic. )

please either remove or reopen the #turkish channel... I think that itâs racist keeping that channel like that. Shaming all the turkish just people because some of them caused drama. Why not just mute the people causing the drama instead of publicly shaming a race? About 1000 people reacted with a turkish flag in #turkish meaning, at least 1000 people visited the channel and wasnt able to speak there... Itâs really unfair to the people who want to speak in their own language but getting redirected to a channel that is closed. All of the other language channels are open and tons of drama happen there but why is only the turkish channel closed?...
And I think that the not enough staff is just a excuse to not deal with the problems that happen there. There are tons of people who want to become a translator but all the turkish translator positions are filled..

Hi philip good, in relation to the update that would solve the problem of not advancing at the beginning, not passing as before, but now you can return again, and now it is a problem that not only me, but as some people occur in the game, when we are calling friends to play the connection drops but the internet is very good, it always happens to me! My connection goes down all the time, and the pace continues, if possible, please resolve this issue of lost connection and game crashes. My cell and j4 core, it is difficult to play without crashing, and I am almost sure that the game crashes due to the simple fact that my cell phone has only 1gb of ram, so it doesn't even solve my 2 star rating.

A suggestion regarding making gems F2P has been suggested before (see here: https://discordapp.com/channels/414179354814185498/452605920233652224/693476606752194662 ) but 5coins/gem is even cheaper then buying roses, and which the addition of the ||rose wheel|| this could be heavily exploited. @turbid prairie Regarding the game fitting to screens, we try our upmost hardest to get the game to fit, however the idea on moving the timer to the right or left (aswell as other icons ingame) is not a half bad idea, thank you for your suggestion!

@humble jay Hello there, there has been issues where older mobile devices have issues connecting to Werewolf Online, the devs are aware of this and are trying to optimize the game to run better on older devices. @languid cape This is not exactly racist in my opinion, instead they kinda tried to say how Turkish community is much more different than other languages, I rarely throw a glance in other channels and don't see much of arguements or conflicts over there. Obviously if there was a Turkish moderator they would re-open the channel and leave the moderation to them...But I still think that deleting it is a wise idea

Correct, there is no "turkish helper" application, that would be unfair and non-sense.
We are telling the truth on the channel, it got closed because there was too much problems to be handled. Considering there are many people asking why it got closed, it is much easier to have a text there explaining. If it's deleted, people will request one and the problem remains.
Having many players isn't an argument for but merely an argument against, we can't let such an amount of players chat in a channel that has a language barrier.

I think itâll be a good idea (even necessary to an extent) to implement a feature such as ârole reportingâ in the reporting system to tackle big problems. For example, when witch random kills, players donât know who the witch is and by the time the witch gets revealed or the game ends almost all forget or leave the game and donât even bother.
If thereâs an option such as role reporting players can directly report the witch in that game immediately. So for example there could be a role report option somewhere in the game (maybe inside the players list when you swipe left) where it shows all the current roles in the game and we can select and report that particular role in the game, and then the report goes for the player who is currently playing that role.
Thus this will significantly improve reports against game throwers and random killers.

This is a feedback for gems.
I know gems are new and they aren't 100% completed but here's a small feedback I wanted to add. Since the only way for getting gems is paying for them, a system based on giving chest/lootboxes a small % of chances for getting gems would be helpful.
I also have a second feedback. I heard that you get 20 gems when you buy a skin, idk if it's true or not. So, for the people who had already spent money on the game (a high number of money), they could get "x" number of gems for "x" loyalty tokens, so that can be fair for everyone (I guess lol).

Firstly, keep the context for quick game only. Imagine witch kills a player at random. I swipe left, click 'role report', select witch, type in the report and reason, and submit. Then shows "the current witch in the game has been reported"

Even though I donât care anymore if the game improves or not coz Iâm sick and bored of providing help towards improving it and it all is just pointlessly declined or ignored, hereâs a story that you might wanna hear for your own good and hopefully itâll open your eyes and do justice.
I deliberately did this to give you proof and example of what things are actually like. I deliberately made a fake account in which I went into a game and fought and insulted a player who was level 50 something so basically a real and good account. It got totally out of control and the player finally lost his cool and reacted to me with some minor insults (which he totally had the right to react just fyi) and alongside a few other players fought with me too. Then I reported him for hate speech and a few others reported too. I did this for a few matches and every time this happened. One player even said âFor every action thereâs an equal reaction. You cannot judge us for reacting backâ.
After a while I got a message that a player I reported has been successfully banned. I too ofc got banned but it didnât matter to me as I then deleted that account and then easily made a new one.
You realise what happened? Because of the obvious flaws and misrules in the reporting system, at the end of the day the good player suffered and nothing changed for the troller. This is exactly what Iâve been trying to tell you for so so long. You seriously need to pull your socks up and realise that the trollers DO NOT CARE about bans. Coz 99% of them are not real accs but just easy re-creatable fakes. When you say youâre banning them, you arenât really. Remember that youâre banning accounts, not the players.
In all honesty you only have the reporting system for the sake of it. Which is mostly just used as an excuse everywhere as âreport themâ. Everyone clearly knows how ineffective it is and with the example I gave you it in fact just causes more trouble for good players.
The players will react coz they have complete right to. This is something you cannot restrict someone or judge them for. Tell me yourself, whatâs better? By your current hate speech rule, the good player either gets banned or gets bullied and depressed.
So how about, for actual justice and for your own good, you either improve your hate speech rule that the people who react and stand up for themselves will not be banned, or find a way to atleast reduce fake acc creation (such as email verification⊠coughs).
This is probably my last ever suggestion to you. I always get baffled how such big and obvious problems are ignored and furthermore solid solutions are shown excuses to be declined rather than reasons to be implemented.
So how about for actual justice you do the right things for a change. Really hope you doâŠ..

Its not just me. It's the entire community of players of this game that experience this.
The game is good there's no doubt about it. It's one of the best multiplayers I've ever played. But it's just being let down due to poor management and misjudgment.
Many will refuse to sit back when we know that we can make a good difference especially when it's possible.
But ofc like I mentioned earlier if it's being pointlessly declined or ignored we wouldn't care suggesting anymore... so hopefully this makes a good change for once and we also could get back the respect we deserve for being so helpful

I suggest adopting the old game settings in ranked games
Since the new game settings were adopted, it was much harder to get into plat. It was because people were confused by the role rotations, they could not adapt it and lose a lot, which also gave trouble to other skilled players who tried to climb to plat.
Things were balanced and simple in old settings.

Right now, you are able to sign in with a fake Email. This causes that troller and more just creates a fake one to join again and to create a lot of accounts.
My suggestion is: You should get a Email which you need to confirm your Email address. Before this didn't happen you can't play a round.

This is a feedback for gems.
I know gems are new and they aren't 100% completed but here's a small feedback I wanted to add. Since the only way for getting gems is paying for them, a system based on giving chest/lootboxes a small % of chances for getting gems would be helpful.
I also have a second feedback. I heard that you get 20 gems when you buy a skin, idk if it's true or not. So, for the people who had already spent money on the game (a high number of money), they could get "x" number of gems for "x" loyalty tokens, so that can be fair for everyone (I guess lol).

Hey @vivid blaze thanks for the detailed feedback đ To start off, the reporting system is actually doing a good job of catching 95%-99% of players that are misbehaving. Those are players with high level accounts and are being toxic for whatever reason. For these players the reporting system is super crazy important.
That being said, reporting system are never perfect đ Catching all trolls is nearly impossible. Guardians try their best to scan for fake reports, and even if you slips through you can always come and talk to then.
Anyhow, how can the reporting system be improved? đ€·ââïž You mentioned email verification, that only slows people down. It's too easy to create new email accounts in seconds to seriously stop trolls from abusing this. On the other hand it penalises all 99.9% good players that just want to play by making them jump through extra hoops before logging in. Other games have tried using email verification to get rid of bad players, it never worked out.
So, anyone have better ideas? Some ideas that we had:
- Improve the auto banning: never a perfect system either, could react much quicker though and immediately remove players from games
- "Karma system": rate other players at the end of a match on skill / friendliness etc. Trolls might not care, so not sure if this helps either
- What else?

I just scrolled thru the outfits you can get by buying a random outfit. And I noticed that there are a lot of old outfits with 6 or less items. And it kinda seems unfair that you pay the same for an outfit of 14 items as an outfit of 6 or less items when this could practically be a clan quest. So my suggestion would be to make these outfits clan quests or remove them out the store and put them back when there is a remake of them. Or maybe lower the price of them (would be hard tho)

Iâm stating this for the 5th time, although I know that this problem cannot be solved entirely. Whenever I enter a quick game and there are just 15 Low level people who decided to pop into the game then you are the one with all the fancy skin and stuff, they would just target you no matter what, the werewolfâs would just kill you in first night. I tried that with less fanciful skin but it still didnât work out well. Now because of my skin out of the 10 matches I play, I die in the first night in about 3-4 games. Doesnât apply for sandbox, only quick game...

If a Headhunter is lying about their target being dead then having Marksman shoot them and them dying doesn't confirm or deny that the target really is dead. If they lied then they lose if they didn't lie they can still win as Villager even when dead. Headhunter is a role about deception and throwing suspicion

Currently the smallest amount of gems you can buy is 400 Gems at a price of $US 3.49 (Same price as an Outfit), but let's say you just want to buy the Puppies offer that cost $US 2.99. Yeah, it's not a big difference but you are obliged to spend $US 3.49 for something that you could buy directly before at a price of $US 2.99. And if you have exactly $US 2.99 you just can't buy it.

I sort of like know of all the combinations on the wheel and the allocated items you are ought to receive after each spin, so for example if on left side of the rose is 5 coins and on the other side is 30 coins, then it's bound for you to get 15 coins sth like that.

Gunners shouldn't be able to kill own teammembers -> Cupid already helps his couple and with gunner or jailer its more OP. Both have better chances because Werewolves won't kill the couple and the village, cupid and shooter can't kill the wolf.

Guys, I'd really love to have the chance to trade paid skins with another player. The possibility to switch skin for skin. Since we can only buy random outfits other than the promos, this would be very useful. And if it did, then you can appeal against it by contacting one of them

1- Your first idea where you said that you could only trade skins that you haven't used yet would take away from the random skin purchasings. If someone got a random skin that they didn't like, they could just trade it with a friend for a skin they like better.
2- The above would also apply more heavily to only trading once per skin.
So unfortunately, I don't think it would make be the greatest thing for the game, but thank you for suggesting!

I'm not and heavy buyer i have to say and for me there are 2 type of players.The one that wants a lot of skin and the one that likes only specific ones(actually even the ones in the middle).Many times the ones that want a specific one won't buy because they don't want to lose money in vain,so these kind of players are a percentage of buyers that is lost and could be added to the pot.The ones that buy a lot are collectors that don't buy the skin per se but buy it for have all the skins or parts of it (eyes,mouth and so on)so the transition will not damage the random skin purchasing in that sense.
Said so,what about even stricter limitation then?:
- you can exchange with a specific player only once(this will prevent abuse of any kind).
- there is a cost for the transition(can be the cost of a skin).

@sudden dock the pros for the devs would be, transactions are limited and they would actually be getting profit from them. If somebody wants a specific skin and is willing to pay a trade, wouldn't it be nice? We're obviously talking exclusively about paid outfits here. So in order to get away with this you need at least pay for a skin and for a trade. The fee required to get the trade done could be something like half the price or even same price random skins have. Both players trading would be paying.
I have a friend who's been looking for an specific skin for long, long time and even tho he bought random skins several times, he was never lucky enough. I just got that skin out of the whip and I'd really love to be able to trade with him

I think that the "leave the clan" button should be seenable directly after entering the clan menu. Right now a lot of players have difficulties finding this button, and have to ask around (dozens and dozens of players asked this on mentorchat).
I think it should be at the same place as "resign as co-leader". Like, a co-leader would have to resign and then the button leave the clan would appear, and a normal member will only have the leave the clan button.
Or it could be also be elsewhere, like next to the resign button.

Delete the Suicide-Button, its not normal that doc, bg and med suicide. Just delete it and make that if ur game is still running and u are still alive u cannot join into a new game, but you have to join the old one or dont play at all. U know, when u close the app u can join a new game if u are alive, just make that u cant press it away to get into a new game, make that you have to join ur old game, until u are dead.

But now with the new season, I was immediately placed in bronze
I think that people with more than 1800 or so skill should be placed in high silver instead of at bronze
The game already does this with people with more than 2200 skill points

if you ended with less, you start with 1500 so in silver

I wanted to inform the staff, that the news to have 3 seers have ruined totally the game, in a night the players can find out almost all the wolves, so it's almost impossible to the wolves to win, the citizens will always will, and that's quite boring both if you are a citizen and a wolf, because in the first event the victory is too easy and in the second event, is almost impossible to win. My friend and I think that the game used to be way better before, now with the new changes, I don' t even want to waste my time playing.

before it was 95 xp for winning the village, now it is 80, so there is no 15 xp, when doubling 30 xp, so there aren't almost 100 xp

I think there should be a new rank in clans. It is between member and co-leader, and it allows quest managing, but not kicking people out of the clan, thus co-leaders being only trusted people.

I have a suggestion for clan
Some clan have their own WhatsApp group while some doesn't have. Some can discuss irl but some don't. Some doesn't even care about the clan chat. Therefore, I came with an idea ||that you'll probably say no||.
Add a vote room
What's that? There, the leader can make votes with up to 5 options. What to vote? For example: which quest to play, change clan icon, etc. I prefer to let the game preset the questions instead of custom made questions, to avoid some insulting questions or voting to kick players.
In that way, even players who doesn't care about the clan chat can help decide too by simply clicking a button.

I have some suggestions about the quick game role setup. I hope that (already very) nice staffs will submit them to devs đ

Some roles appeared too much in quick games while there are good alternative roles for them.
For example, some role sets have 2 aura , and there are many other alternative checking roles (spirit , sheriff , red lady ,...). Doctor and Bodyguard also appear too much and become 2 most suicide roles in quick game. -
Some old roles that appeared long time ago in sandbox like tough guy ,seer app ... now only appeared as random villager only.
It is such a waste because they are pretty straightforward roles for new players and other players will have more chance to play with these roles. -
Some roles im quick game are not really friendly for new players although they are interesting roles.
Aura makes new players confuse about the "unknown" and they will have to learn a long list of unknown roles now. Beast Hunter will confuse even some experienced players too.
SUGGESTION:
- Replace 2nd aura with another checkers/revealer. A role set should have 1
, 1 of

, and 1 weaker revealer

for better game balance. - Rotate

1- In the 2 aura games, there is no seer, so this is to balance it out. Doctor and bodyguard are not the highest suicide rated roles in the game, they are very scattered.
2-Roles in quick play are changing every week so they may come back soon!
3-If we hide the unknown roles from the newer players, when will they learn about them?đ€
So in final, the roles change every week so I don't think there is a big need for any big changes... thank you for suggesting though!

@sudden dock i actually have to agree with anh duc here, the suicide thing might be more server focused (i dont have the numbers) because on the dutch server the docters also is one of the roles that seems to kill themselves the most in the first night. As for role changing that happens often yes but the setups are almost always the same. Out of all the role setups ive had only 4 did not feature docter and bodyguard, and 2 of those 4 feutured tough guy instead. That means that with all the role setup changes ive seen so far (spoiler, they are quite a lot) ive only had 3 other role setups for protectors. Thats insanely few
Its the same with seer roles all seer setups ive seen where pretty much 1 seer with 2 auraseers or 1 seer, 1 auraseer and a detective or no third seer role at all.
A little more diversity would be nice

- I have never seen any quick games without a seer Are you sure about that? About doc and bg, as far as I observe in quick game, new players usually suicide when getting these roles. Not sure if things are different in other game modes.
- Roles change every week but only 5 variants rotate every week. I can tell you exactly what those 5 variants consist of which roles. And currently no tough guy or seer app in any quick game sets. So what do you mean by "come back soon"?
- On the other hand, then why need to pick roles to help beginners learn about the game? Just randomly put all roles in quick game then they can learn ALL things about the game.
I know role change every week. But the role sets are too similar with only 2-3 differences. That makes new players feel boring very quick, then either they will quit the game or jump to rank or sandbox where they can access many more interesting roles without playing them in quick game before.

When i started game, priest named "imam" in wwo, i know it was wrong but i didn't report it. Priest is "papaz" in Turkish, imam means.. I don't know how to explain "imam" but priest is "papaz".
