its a role that can kill/prot -> "elite", compatible with witch/jailer/flagger
two problems though:

• it only has one use, so its kill or prot (not and)
• it needs another elite role to use kill
  so thats why it should imo be soulbinder tree, as ferryman is also similar
  (delaying death is only day use, so only works with day killers like priest/gunner)

and i believe soulbinder tree should be weak protection supported by dead channeling, as both roles had "random support" potential without dead chat

It is random since that role has no talisman.

The only thing you can do to maximize your chance is to enable the villager team talisman, and use anti-talisman for each villager role. But for that you need to have Talisman Pack from the shop.

Again, what I said before was not a leak or a statement. It was a theory that may or may not be true. As Salem said, it is just the inside order they have. Some roles like Journalist or Watchdog are misplaced. Even Detective and Shadow Wolf which are fully released are misplaced. But lots of other roles are in their right place according to role card system. So I just suggested that Sheriff may be Prayer base role because it was ordered there and not for example, below the misplaced Journalist like Watchdog is.
