Killing an unk (most roles) , is useless

Killing an evil makes you EVEN more vulnerable

Only good players help you but seriously

You can't just rely on informers , that won't be enough

You don't open claim space , and you don't have any ways to increase your kill-rate

And you don't have any special effects comparated to / & that could help you being not killed

So , it's definitely way too weak to be in this tree

Finally when you think about the role , it's but riskier/more rewardful a bit like (or I would probably argue to say that the role is a similar position as )
