So basically: Upon getting manufactured, each device (phone, tablet, pc, playstation) gets an ID asigned to them. Just like social security number irl. And there is no way to change this number*. If that number get banned, there is no way to bypass the ban in any sort of way. Gotta suck it up or buy a new device.

*[it could be changed but that would require you spending a ton of money and have the needed expertiese in device care + the added risk of just breaking the device completely in the progress]

I imagined blight as a destructive force, a disease noone can eradicate, similar to corruptor : once it starts, you can’t stop it

but unlike corruptor, I thought blight needed more of a techno vibe, since I visualized him as a more advanced/futuristic person
