New outfit selection idea

• An artist maximum summit 2 outfit for bp outfit (This make they focus on their submissions more and think unique way to change their designs to make more attractive for voters + this makes instead of similar 4 outfit unique 2 designs summit for bp outfits )
• Quality check if an summit outfit is not have a good quality ( not good enough to put in the game they got eliminate )
• Theme check if outfit is not part of the theme is not gonna get in vote
• 1 spot per artist ( if there is no outfit left to put for bp ) an artists 2nd most voted designs gets in ( this way old and new designers easily get in bps)
• Theme accuracy if its not fit in theme ( example flowers 36 bp outfit )
• SK team don’t make gem/gold quest cause they don’t care if the quests fit the theme or not and put random quests + Why SK even make quests let the bp design in with quests SK already make ( BP weekly item pieces, Calendars, Icons for Calendars , Icons for BP , Role Card offer , Item Collection , Outfit Collection , Special offers , Rose Offers , Shop outfits ) I personally dint think they should make quests cause some quest can make some part of the community happy with letting half outfits that couldn’t get in bp
• At least have 6 gem 6 gold per bp ( sometimes it get lesser )
• If there is outfit that couldn’t in bp but have higher voting then others that outfit add as special offer with seen in bp timeline
• A new dc account for Head Art team that only get dm for summits ( I see a lot bp there is missing outfits that couldn’t in bp outfit voting )
