Every time they have seasonal cosmetics, they are new or were reruns of seasonal items; which imo is fine bc those items were created to only be available during said time. They can rerun them as long as it's an item MADE for that season. Not "hey, let's rerun this cozy bp icon bc it's cold and it fits with the season."
