No, unfortunately that's not how things work.
There are several roles that also need a little change, but still nothing. Developers prioritize new roles, and storm doesn't seem to be on the priority list.
Already leaked some wolves with ability from one of the feedbacks about the storm, that way new roles pick up these ideas and storm becomes more irrelevant.

Actually for they could try using Biologist’s ability. The first night you can select 3 people and you will be notified if there are an odd or even number of villagers within the 3 people (even = 0 or 2 villagers and odd = 1 or 3 villagers) and then on the following night, you can check one of those players whether they belong to the village team or not? this seems pretty good and if people think its weak, maybe just the Biologist’s ability tbh without the in between gambler check

uh so the roles I put in there were a design choice. I either wanted to go with 3x4x7 (84 roles) or 3x4x8 (96 roles). Designwise, it was easier to go for 3x4x8 + if I had done 3x4x7, I would have needed to cut out some actual roles. Now, I only cut out and the Random categories...

The problem with the Spy being boring is because it's role or die... You check 4 people, and if one of them killed, on the first day you are already forcing role call from 4 people, just because of 1 person...

Then Gunner, Priest, Witch starts randomly killing these 4 people, Doctor and Conjuror ends up dying in the process... Its not fun

And if someone counterclaims one of these people, it doesn't matter if they lied or if they are rrv, the village kills without even thinking

The problem isn't the wolves, it's the villagers.
Do you really want the doctor and conjuror claim on day 1 to die? And this is not a simple claim, gunner, witch, priest... They start randomly killing these people even if they claim, because some ww or fool counterclaim them. And the village even randomly votes for them without worrying about whether there is a fool in the game.

What's the use of 4 informant roles in the game if everyone is pretty much confirmed on day 1? Even if the wws counterclaim some player that the Spy checked, they die next day because it becomes obvious.
The game is no fun if everyone reveals themselves on day 1, in this case it would be better to remove all informant roles and put 4 gunners in the game

normal release pattern is 1 vill + 1 non vill, lurker is hmm.. I would hope too but they gotta fix the weird interactions but a Spy or Locksmith rework would be better at some point. I like Spy being the Biologist idea from Hypos role tournament mixed in with the Spy’s two phase skill personally

Closest to that state are Toxic Wolf, Siren and Spy. Lurker is SOMEWHAT up there (It still needs quite a bit of work), the rest need major tuning

Siren needs to be able to bypass protection
Spy needs to check one less person
Lurker needs to be able to kill with Wolves/Killers, maybe another small thing
Fortune Teller's changes are actually good
Locksmith is OP, needs to be tuned down, or have limited locks or something

I think Siren doesn't really benefit with killing entranced ones after their death. It's only good for threatening or something

Because the way it was built originally made it so there was no counterplay to it. It doesn't change what you look like to Informants, so I'd say it might be alright
