Can we share the logic instead of the waveform?
I thought the message was "12800000 meters. 1 second" 
i knew the name choice was deliberate

I don’t mean to be pedantic but ||the Time axis doesn’t have a unit of measurement, I’d assume it would be in milliseconds but what if the signal is instead in microseconds or tenths of milliseconds? Would this affect the validity of our answers?||

you can generate graphs like that in matlab or octave if you want
