but the real problem I'd like to ask is round 6 ...

What I've seen :

• They put a confuse ailment to my tanker
• They all 5 got UB extremely quick

Well, the PKokkoro one was for the longest time since she first got her UE

Basically told to only leave it at 0 or 30 by someone here

And all I was told about UE was "If it got TP, max".

It was for priority purpose, she's usable at low UE so you can use UE growsphere for other units who needs it more like what you said the one with TP boost. But just because you don't give her UE growsphere doesn't mean that you should ignore it and never raise it when the fact that she was used in many CB with high UE. Also it's almost a year from the release date, there should be enough evidence on "is she needs high UE or not". You could've bought monthly shards from master coin shop to raise her UE
