How the f do I beat this event EX modes? Mode 1 is fine, but then I barely put a dent in Mode 2. After I killed its summons it just pushed me back and summoned a new one before I could even deal damage.

Is this another one of those "Kill X enemies to proceed" kinds of bosses?

i need to finish sp /o\ already collected 6 comps to try for when i unlock ex+...

It's a DPS race, need to do enough damage to kill the summon then hit the boss as much as you can before the boss summon again

you need either Hiyori 6 or Rei 6 to do this mode

Interesting. I tried finishing it off with my own Rei as well, but couldn't do enough damage, so had to borrow Summer Rei twice. Does Rin provide some kind of damage buffs on top of survivability?
