For now here is a breakdown of mechanics while I cook

Here are the boss mechanics
First
TL;DR
Mode 1 MT break all the targets
Once targets are broken it's ST until mode change
After you break the targets it gets constant TP refill reduced by damage so it a dps race

Mode 2 is multi target but you need a bit more healing
ST once front boss is dead

When middle boss gets to 1/2 hp it enrages and can use a magic nuke that WILL kill you so you need an SChika or Yukari 6 barrier

Mode 3 is just a dps race
This is usually where you unload mages
It enrages near the end and UBs more often
And every UB powers it up more so you usually die by UB 3 without ames
You save Ames for this mode and then use TP drain units to delays UBs on other teams

Not gonna lie
This is one of the harder boxes I've built for
And because of that we're trying something different

Usually you wanna save Ames/Eris for mode 3 to defend with, but you have a very good misora team (assuming you can borrow an Eris) so I think IF you can get to mode 3 you will be ok
The issue is your multi target
EX5 needs a lot of Multi target in mode 1 and 2
And without Laby UE, PRei UE, Croce, CTamaki, etc. it's abit rough

So gonna try Amenone team 1 with all the buffers to turbo her
This should clear all the targets in mode 1
Team 2 is then there to clean up mode 1

For mode 2 we've done some creative building
I did the best with what you have but this is definitely the part where if it's gonna fail, it'll fail here

Once you clear mode 2 it should be fairly smooth with the Misora team

If this fails, my notes for the future are

1. Get UEs for Hatsune/Shiori, PRei, Labyrista
2. 6* Shiori, Christina, Tomo (Tomo is basically only good here, but well she IS good here)

||problem is you used wrong team on wrong mode, it isnt optimal.||
||generally nowadays anemone is superior as an entry point at the start of mode 2, it should kill mode 2 boss 1 then around 60-80% of boss 2 (mage), lower lv clears always use Luce cancel to get a huge increase in damage here||
||all other mt should stack on mode 1 and reduce it to until its low HP and only 1 tile left, which you would then you use sack team to clean up to enter mode 2||
||you should have a DPS team that can be used to clean mode 2 boss 2 and deal some damage to mode 3, with yukari usually since boss 2 deals a lot of damage, as shown of yukari's usage in kaede's Mode 2 Team 3, tho that team may not be optimal||
||after that you should have several cores team to deal damage on mode 3, saving flight units (alter maidens) for boss enrage or non-squishy units if you dont have AM||

here's a clear i made for someone else around your level if anyone wants look at current-day more optimized examples:

EX gear is important. using incorrect EX gear can potentially lose you ~50% damage

So, I've learned from my 2 attempts of failure.

Mode 1 doesn't need tanker at all and I should focus on AoE and buff because he's multi-target.

Should definitely save all of my strongest healers for mode 3.

And since mode 2, I should focus on single target heavy attack units. Also, save all tankers for mode 3.

Let's try this
So, the teams are laid out for specific breakpoints
Team 1's goal is to break all the targets
Team 2's goal is to kill the 1st boss
Team 3's goal is to destroy with Anemone (And kill or almost kill the front goblin)
Team 4's goal is to kill the Goblin Mage
Team 5's goal is to chunk the final boss
Team 6's goal is to kill the boss and survive enrage

The general mechanics are mode 1 needs lots of multi target, but once you break all targets the boss won't attack if your damage is good enough (thus team 2 has no healers)
We use Ames on team 3 instead of at the end in order to turbo charge Anemone
If you had borrows available (Only available if in a clan) I would say borrow an Eris to go here too
Team 4 you need Yukari in order to survive the Mage's aoe nuke
Team 5 is just hit hard with magic
And we use Eris on team 6 to survive the boss's enrage
He starts hitting very hard, but Misora does lots of damage
So save her for last and hopefully kill with this team

If you need help identifying characters or need an extra team feel free to ping me
General advice is to get your unit's rank's raised up to max or 1 below in order to get rank bonus
Also, make sure units have UE if appropriate
Especially Vampy, she's just bad without hers

Yuki can definitely shine in the right team, but your light magic isn't the deepest so he's not gonna be great for you in element focused stuff yet

Here are the boss mechanics
First
TL;DR
Mode 1 Multi Target break all the targets
Once targets are broken it's Single Target until mode change
After you break the targets it gets constant TP refill reduced by damage so it a dps race

Mode 2 is multi target but you need a bit more healing
ST once front boss is dead

Unique Mechanic is every 10 hits on the mage boss he blows himself up and damages/debuffs his allies
So stacking lots of small hits on him can be good (old strategy)

When middle boss gets to 1/2 hp it enrages and can use a magic nuke that WILL kill you so you need an SChika or Yukari 6 barrier

Mode 3 is just a dps race
This is usually where you unload mages
It enrages near the end and UBs more often
And every UB powers it up more so you usually die by UB 3 without ames
You save Ames for this mode and then use TP drain units to delays UBs on other teams

Nowadays people usually use Anemone on Mode 2 to trivialize it
Without Anemone you need more multi target, but depending on your level it's usually fine
