Same issue with the beta version. I can't install anything. Can't Play. Very disapointed as I played so many hours on PC Steam. Last level. 6 months without missing a day... it was helping and useful.
I thought it would make a difference with my smartphone but actually made me stop wanting to use on both smartphone and PC.
I had to pay for other subscriptions on some smartphone app to deal with hard times.
Guessing I can't get refunded as it was a pledge.
Hope others to enjoy what I used and enjoyed for years.
So frustrated.

I'm making some assumptions here and could be wrong, but since Krish didn't say he's blocked A50s or Android 11, this may not be an issue with your device itself. I found this:
The "Your device is not compatible" error is a generic error message that simply means that play store has determined through some criteria that you are not allowed to install the application in question. Despite what the error message says, it's least likely to be because the application in question cannot run on your phone, but rather due to some artificial limitation, such as:
- Phone being rooted
- Phone region being blocked
- Some other reason the device is being banned
There is also no exact criteria on how Play store actually handles region blocking, for example. It may depend on the origin of your phone, the carrier you are using, the credit cards you've made purchases with or where the GPS or other location services place the device. These are simply examples, however, as Google has not made any information regarding this available (as that would make it easier to go around region blocks).
Perhaps you can share some other relevant information, like your location (you could email Krish if you're not comfortable sharing here) and if your device is rooted, which may help Krish figure this out more easily.
I get that you're frustrated - totally understandable. But the app is still in early beta testing, and Krish is a one-man team, so while it may take time, there's a good chance Playne mobile will end up working for you

Yes my message shows frustration as I had hopes to have found a nice app from a developer I had already used applications I enjoyed.
Nevertheless you were right to remind me things may eventually work out.
My phone is not rooted. I can use without any problem lots of applications including paid ones from the play store.
I had such a kind of play store issue in the past for apps dedicated to tablets I was trying to install on my phone.
I did try to install Playne app on tablets with same account without success.
The country of the device is France.
Phone region being blocked. Not I am aware
Device banished would surprise me.

I don't know what rooted means, but it's the only app that gives me that error. My device from the US and the last update was on May 13th.

Hi, got the email invite but my device says its not compatible. It won't even go to the download page. I replied to the invite email even though I don't know if that's the email I can use. Thanks.

I received my code but it says incompatible with my device. I think I gave the wrong year I got my phone as it's been a while. I got my android device in 2022 not 2021 which is what I put on the form. Not sure if that is why or if it's something else.

Hello, i have the same problem too, when I use my code i have the message who say my phone not compatible.
My phone is a realme 9 on Android 14 and the country of the device is France.
