I load into the game and I'm in the menu. If the only thing there is to do in the menu is press the play button, then why does the menu exist instead of just loading you in automatically? (not a suggestion btw.) I dislike how you press the play button just to have to walk over and ACTUALLY queue the game when its expected that pressing play will start the game. I dislike the smaller scale and how cluttered the new in-game menu is, because theres less content that can fit in the small area and that stuff should just not be in-game because thats what a main menu is for. There should be a legacy UI mode at the very least and the menu should be more than just another step to get into the game. You should bring back the old main menu, and just make Super Animal World something you select in the game modes section. I love the idea of Super Animal World but it should just be additional content and not the main focus.
#New UI and menu sucks imo

One advantage of the current approach is that it easier allows for the addition of a "legacy UI" or resource-light UI for players. The current first stop does feel a bit like a placeholder - but it could be good for things like notifications and the like.
You're friends can join you before you enter the world so that you come in the same "World" ... If they trie to join you when you're in the "World" you are a group but you can't see them ( it was so for me ) . After a game you drop with them
thats one thing that you can still do without the menu
It kinda serves the purpose to set what region server you will join into, I understand what you mean and I think after the first time you choose the server region it would be enough to simply join the game automatically and change this later on ESC menu, which is what I think would be the best too, now the only way to change region is to getting back to Main Menu first, if someone has to look for best ping between regions, right now it's required to go to Main Menu multiple times, would be great to just swith regions from the ESC Menu instead
