There are specific legal clauses iirc that mean they can't bring back Founders or any items in it
Similar items maybe, but not the specifics of that pack
It gets asked for here often but has different legalities compared to bringing back starter packs

In my opinion the best way to go about this is to create close but reasonably distinct variants that the founders 'also' automatically have added to their accounts free of charge.
The clear purpose of these items would be to provide similar items while also doing something nice for the founders in the process.
