Basically, as many ideas gain public visibility when published, they eventually fade away as new ideas emerge. A filter could be created in this cosmetic ideas channel to select only those ideas that have a chosen number of votes out of 10 (minimum 10, 20, 30, 40, 110, 120, and maximum 200), thus giving us more opportunities to have our ideas featured.💡🥇

So afaik this is not possible with Discord's current setup: you can't filter by most reactions / reaction numbers.
It appears to have been requested by users as a feature but isn't currently a filter option.
Also checked this in a server I own just to be sure.

votes are a good way to indicate if the community is for or against an idea for sure but pixile has always stated that they look at each and every suggestion and so seeing all the popular suggestions at the top would just clutter up and take attention away from new suggestions
however there are discord servers that have a bot to forward most popular suggestions to a second, "popular suggestions" channel, and this server could definitely benefit from that so the community can see which of the suggestions are the most liked by the community
