This would be a €19.99 (or equivalent) purchase that would include:
1 - Permanent removal of minimum level requirements for SuperAnimal DNA and lab unlocks. If a player wants to be a level 5 Super Dragon, let them.
2 - Various fast-start resources, including:
- 2,500 SAW Tickets
- 50,000 Carl Coins
- 500 Super Serum
- 100 DNA for every species, and
- 10 Super Magnets
3 - Want to toss in a couple pack-specific cosmetics? Doesn't hurt for a one-time pack.
Suggested inclusion: (carl) coin flip emote/pose.
4 - Permanently provide the player with access to a 'Find Your Fit' Button to SAW and Carl's Cart shop pages.
These buttons would lead to a full inventory of cosmetics from which to choose.
At a 10% mark-up for SAW Ticket prices and a 20% mark-up for Carl Coin prices.
Code items could be obtained here. Event items could be obtained here.
Perhaps even non-achievement milestone cosmetics could be obtained here (so no karate outfit but white dual pistols should be fine)
But certainly not including cosmetics included in Founders, DLCs, Starter packs or Passes. Nor medals or similar.

The idea here is to strike while the iron is hot, and allow players to peruse all the purchasable options, and build their characters without having to wait months for a thing to cycle around.
Even without using the convenience shop options, the package provides instant value to players just wanting to get the things available on, say, Carl's Cart.
