Emus are already considered to be unfair due to it basically being guaranteed opening damage (common usage: emu rush. Run up, they spend their ammo killing your emu, you shotgun them while they swap/reload weapons). They don't really need the buff.

Also, hamster balls are quite perilous to use compared to emus. Emus retain full control of your movement, hamsterball gives you a sudden transition from has attack, no control over movement to no attack, has control over movement

Imagine 1v1ing an annoying emu jockey during the final circle and they have the ability to hurl grenades at you with no escape
If you've dealt with emu jockeys you'd know how genuinely atrocious they are to go up against, I don't think this would make things better either

cool concept! there could be a new catapult emu that is super slow and fragile but instead of pecking it can throw things

if you add this as a feature on existing emus it would definitely be too strong, but it could definitely work if it's balanced properly!
