Somehow Cruelty Squad and SAR share some, or several things in common, like for example how death is meaningless, MT Foxtrot and Super Animal Player are killing machines(but can also easily die if not cautious enough), and bio-technology is part of the background of both games. So I have cosmetic/collab ideas for SAR:

Green glasses: cool green glasses from MT Foxtrot.(Cruelty Squad MC)
Expandable Baton: Melee weapon. Basically the baton from Cruelty Squad.
Zippy 3000 pistol: A horrible and hilarious reskin for the handgun.
