A Sniper basically just made out of various camera equipment. Would be fun to give it a flash effect when shooting, both visual and sound 
Also I'm aware that it has too many small details given how tiny weapons actually are in the game..

IDK about the flash effect, I think it shouldn't be any different from a muzzle flash (which are very visible even when you're behind a wall).

others would just see a normal sniper shot
