It’s due to my muscle memory from main rotation that have to separate execute skill with cd from a spamming one. But as long as you understand how Kain skills work, I think it’s fine to set any wheel that proper for your finger tapping.
But another big problem is I always accidentally cancel Fetal blitz if I forget to look at it’s cd, still trying to figure out better way.

I'm very curious about this setup as a mobile player trying to optimise my presets. I've found that line count wise, strike only < Possess-strike < Possess-strike with phantom blade to consume Deaths' blessing stacks but this has raised a huge headache for me...

1. How do you deal with excess malice (without using Possess-strike)?
2. How do you deal with excess Death's Blessing stacks if you don't use phantom blade? (or is the goal here to accept excess malice to avoid headaches from using posses-strike-Phantom blade?)
3. I notice you've omitted Shaft Break for bossing - is it simply less lines even when using possess-shaft break?
4. I notice Preset 3 has possess-falling dust-scatter ; I wonder if there should be another possess between falling and scatter, otherwise it casts normal scatter first which is only 12 lines

The conclusion I've come to is that almost no way to perfectly play the class without "wasting" some Malice because a preset with Possess-strike will interfere with usage of the other Possess skills...and if someone wants to actually maximally utilise Malice, they will "waste" some Deaths' Blessing stacks unless they add Phantom Blade...punishing the efficient player by requiring even more keystrokes

Please let me know if I'm overlooking something - it is a bit disappointing to find what seems to be player-unfriendly class design so I'm hoping I've misunderstood something along the way, it would really make my day to find an 'optimised' way to play this on mobile (or accept that this is the best we can do without PC client)

Indeed design wise there are many flaws that needs to be fixed but under end game bosses scenario it is unlikely to be able to do whatever you just mentioned.

No one will have the time to go keep track what buff or debuff stacks, because we are all busy doing mechanics

No one can execute the perfect sequence of skills without breaking the combination in most situations due to mechanics and dodging atks

1. non emblem items are all temporal and shouldn’t be intended to be used for prolong period
2. if for some reason you are going to be stuck with a non emblem, you getting any mythic rank weapon asap will give you more access to content than trying to utilize extra resources to force out a Jaihin - when you won’t even have the crit rate to utilize it effectively.

Note that I use P5 only for my mobbing preset, since they shouldn't survive long enough to benefit from execute skills

My order in fights is p1 right before the boss is damageable (since they're DoT buffs, not bouncing shot until the boss summons adds), stun (on 2nd page) then p4 for big burst, then hold down p2 when it's safe to hit, hold down p6 if everything from p2 is on cd

Focus on weapon/damage, forget about survival. Get a spare phone, turn down brightness, turn on autobattle on the front page, enter the dungeon and turn on ingame power saving mode.

Also remove skills that deal low damage, but high target count.

Your gear still isnt good enough. You need at least mythic 30s to have better survival... Keep in mind kain is an archer so his survivability is the absolute lowest

Not really... You have 2 ring slots open, you only have a 4-set bonus for expedition accessories, your SF is really low (you need to sf18 without scrolls at the Unique rank, then fuse them up to Legendary and Mythic from there, only use Rank Up stones if it has an emblem), and you have no emblems (which increase the main stat by 30%).

Very undergeared, but you can still correct it, don't worry.

It will be a bit of time before you can get a good amount of exp by grinding just because the Kain burning boosted your level gain by a crazy amount: your gear has to catch up to your level, and if unfunded (no previous high level char to send mesos over), you're gonna have to struggle through lower af to get the mesos
