#Desktop Lock Up and BSD

Hi ! Sorry about your issue. The team will be on holidays until January 5th, but in the meantime, could you please post your logs, saves, dxdiag and crash dumps ? Also, make sure your computer has the minimum System Requirements displayed on the Steam page of the game.
You can find the Lakeburg Legacies Folder with the needed files here (You'll have to copy this path in your windows explorer (or the execute panel that you can open with the Windows Key + R)):
%Appdata%/../LocalLow/Ishtar Games
An archive of the whole folder would be ideal.
If you don't know how to get your DxDiag :
Search dxdiag (same way as before) open the app, and save all the info as a file on the bottom right.
For the crash dumps, you can find them here (archive them if there is more than one):
%Appdata%/../Local/CrashDumps
If the zipped files are too big you can use WeTransfer or another cloud service or send them by email at [email protected]
Sorry again for the inconvenience.
I can do the above, issue is the purchase was made 21st this month. The 5th brings me beyond the 2 week refund period. If it can't be resolved, I can't refund, Do I refund it now, then wait to see what happens from the 5th onwards?
For sure if the minimum requirements are not met I would definitely advise you to refund since they won't be able to help in any way.
Now, if that's not the case and your computer meets the requirements it's up to you really. Refund and wait may be the more secure thing to do, as paying a game and not being able to play it sucks.
But before that you could try to update your drivers if you haven't already. It may also be a conflict with another program (crash dumps, if there are any, would probably give info about the issue if that's the case).
Win10, I7 7700K, 2080TI and 16GB Ram I think gets me past min requirements. Not seeing any crash dump files created on the day I played. Got a GPU driver update waiting for install, will give that a try and see what happens.
GPU driver update fixed it, managed a few hours running earlier today with no locking or crashing. Thanks for the suggestion 👍
