#Error Unity

Hi ! Sorry about your issue. Do you have Citrix installed ? It has caused crash for Unity games for some time now. Or did you overclock your CPU recently ?
If not caused by Citrix or your CPU, could you please post your Logs and saves folders as well as the Crash Dumps and DxDiag in #1031930116617539604 ?
You can find your logs here (make and archive of the whole folder) :
%Appdata%/../LocalLow/Ishtar Games/The Last Spell/Logs
(You'll have to copy this path in your windows explorer (or the execute panel that you can open with the Windows Key + R))
And saves here :
%Appdata%/../LocalLow/Ishtar Games/The Last Spell/Save/Steam
(inside the numbered folder, it's your SteamID, then make an archive of the Profile folder you are using)
For the Crash Dumps, this path will lead you directly to the files inside the folder, there might be files dating from the issue (whether those are named after TLS, Unity, or something else entirely) :
%Appdata%/../Local/CrashDumps
If you don't know how to get your DxDiag :
Search "dxdiag" with the Windows research tool, open the app, and save all the info as a file on the bottom right.
Sorry again for the inconvenience.
Thanks for response, but I resetting my laptop now, and try downloading again. If still same, I bring to service or try your solution
Hello! Unfortunately, the dev of TLS is currently on holidays, but he'll be back next week, so we'll be able to look into your issue next week!
I already solved, reset my laptop and download & install latest Unity Player from official website, then restart laptop. I can play again without problem👍
Thanks for the response
ah that's great news!
