it's harsh but i wish there was a way to get rid of villagers whose stats and workers potential are bad so it's difficult to find a suitable job for them. i have a bunch of 2/2.5 stars workers that are just taking up space in my village. it would great if there's an option to send them away to another town to have a fresh start somewhere else.

I’d love to either banish them or be able to put them into some kind of training (maybe at a cost) to make them more useful.

It's surprising how many kids get sent to training yet their stats are so low when they grow up. An adult training thing would be cool if there ends up being no way to send them off elsewhere.

A training program would be great! Or at least an opportunity to evict them, maybe using hearts (or money as a transportation fee?)

Since we get new villagers from Tindra, from surroundings. Maybe there would be a feature to send single villagers off to another village. It would get rid of low tier villagers and still follow the game concept

adult apprenticeships would be useful, maybe they can be more efficient, since adults can pay more attention than children and add less stress chance? the cost is that an adult isn't producing anything and an apprenticeship place is taken up

It would also just be nice to be able to exile and remove villagers you no longer want.. someone mentioned how villagers could like/dislike public executions but we don't have an event for that 🤔 would be a cool thing to see added, and give us more of a rulership vibe over the game as someone also mentioned not being able to control enough in this management game
